I was given Mike Hopper's number from a friend at work who highly recommend Ecohouse for us in early March 2022. I called Mike right away and he was able to drive 45 miles to my house that same afternoon to take a look at everything and go over our options. He looked at and took pictures of our roof, electric panel, meter, and generator. I told him we were looking for a system with 100% offset. He got back with a recommended system for us within a couple of days and we moved forward from there. He has been with us since the beginning to answer questions and make sure things were going well for us throughout this process. Our system was installed and up and running on May 24th 2022. The install process took two days. The crew that showed up to do the install was just absolutely phenomenal. They took their time measuring where everything would go and ended needing to move a couple of panels based on changes I had mentioned with wanting to keep a walkway up to our chimney. They were able to make the changes and the final install looks great. They took extra time to make sure all of the panels lined up perfectly and even had to go back to move three panels over on the bottom row to the right about 3/4 of an inch. The guy installing all of the boxes to tie into the existing grid did a beautiful job. He took his time to bend all of the conduit perfectly and it blends in with the house like it had been there all along. In the end everyone was super great to work with. SolarEdge has replaced them under warranty but trying to get Tim to respond to a text, call or email is very difficult. This week he said he would "get me installed on Friday", I'm not sure what Friday he is talking about because he never showed up called or texted me. The after install service is terrible and I feel locked in to Tim and Power Up since they did the install and control my log in to Solar Edge. I guess I will have to pay another company to come out and install the new inverter and maybe get control of my system. Everyday it's not working I'm losing money. When it works it's great but when it doesn't it sucks.

No grounding rods in the ground. No proper grounding to the copper water lines. And the list goes on and on. We have spent over $2,500 out of pocket to fix all of the terrible work from this company. My mother's house lost partial power, including her furnace, around 9:00pm the other night. My…read morehusband and I take care of her, so we immediately starting looking on Yelp for an electrician. We have been taken advantage of many times in the past, so we were already tense about the entire thing. We found RJ Howard Electric and gave them a call. They open very early in the morning (7:30am) which is nice for stressed out folks like us! We spoke with Rick and explained the situation. He was able to schedule an appointment for 4:00pm later that day. Rick showed up right on time, 4 o'clock on the DOT, and called my hubby for more information on what what happening in mom's home. He went downstairs and checked her circuit breaker and after less than five minutes of investigating he already knew the issue. It was the line outside on the pole, which is an AEP problem. Not only did he call AEP for my mother and arrange for them to fix the outage, but he provided us with the ticket number so we could track the progress. On top of all the good news, he also only charged us a minimal fee for his services. We were so relieved and appreciative and cannot say enough good things about this company. We have some electrical issues at our house that we have been putting off over fear of getting taken advantage of, but it's comforting to know we have a reliable, honest electrician to call now!
