When trying to correct the situation, the next two times I tried to visit on a Saturday (the only day I can get this done) I was told that inspections were out of the question that day, come back on Monday. No real explanation, no apology no sincere reason why this couldn't be done when I was there. When I made clear Mondays were not available to me, there was only inflexibility and lack of concern.
