I looked for local chiropractors in my area and came across this location. I tried several attempts…read moreto be seen and had to schedule out at least 3 weeks out. The working hours are not ideal and limited, but I still wanted to support a local business. I decided to give them a call on my day off to see if there were any cancellations or if I could be seen sooner. I was told by the receptionist that she would look into it and give me a call back. - I received a call about an hour later informing me that a spot had opened up for 2:20 pm. Great! I repeat the time back over the phone and proceed to enter the details into my calendar. 12:40 pm rolls around and I get a call asking for my whereabouts and that the appoirntment started at 12:20 pm. - Huge supprise to me. - As I was told over the phone 2:20 pm and I repeated that time out loud and was not corrected. I asked if I could still stop by since it's up the street and would take a couple mintues. - "No." ....They also do not have any sort of system set up to send automatic reminders or manually email/text from the receiptionists. Hindsight, redflag, because how do you have a $50 appointment hold/cancellation fee without such a system. - A bit one sided and you can tell where this is going. Long story short, I decided not to move and seek other chiroprators instead. I asked for my money back and I was blamed for a cancellation that I had no controll over. I even attempted to show up once I was notified 20 minutes later. If you are going to have this policy in place, make sure that it well positioned on both customer and business sides. How can you charge fees for cancellations that your staff made the mistake on?? How do you not have a text/email automation for this process? Why would I get a call 20 minutes into the appointment, than let's say 5 minutes? ... this comes off like a money grab... Why do I need to follow up with your staff 4 times before learning the outcome?? ... no one followed through on thier word throughout the process.

There are many things I love about Dr. Tara and the care she provides. She is truly amazing at what she does. She knows exactly where to focus her work on my body to create the best outcomes, lower pain and put my body back in functioning condition over the course of treatment sessions. She takes her time with patients and does a lot of soft tissue work, not just a fast "adjust, adjust" and you're done. During and after her treatments, I feel like I've been through a massage for my body and my spirit :) She's incredible at reading my body, seeing what the problem areas are even before I tell her, as well as reading my emotional state and providing guidance and comfort to treat that as well, as our emotional states often have a significant impact on our physical states. She not only councils me on mechanical issues in my body, but many other health areas as well. Hormone levels, blood sugar levels, mental state, work and relationship stressors, and more, and provides expert insight and comforting advice to helping those areas, too. Seeing Dr. Tara has been one of the best parts of upkeeping my health, correcting when it goes off the rail, and being a friend and confidant while in her treatment rooms. There are many wonderful chiropractors and healers out there, and as a business coach, I've had the pleasure of working with many of them. She is one of the best. I've been happy to refer friends and family to her over the years. They all have had wonderful things to say! I can't express enough the gratitude I have for Dr. Tara, her work and all the incredible benefits I've gotten through the years of being her patient.

From the moment I walked inside this hidden gem located in Oak Park I felt comfortable. A few weeks ago I attended a Health Wellness Fair and I stopped by Royal Health Care Table to spin the wheel and try my luck of winning a "Free Massage and guess what? A few days later I received a text message that I was one of the lucky winners in the raffle drawing. Yayyyy!!!!!! I'm still glowing and feeling great from my yesterday's visit. When I walked inside I was greeted by Ashley (Office Mgr) very sweet personality. I read and filled out some papers before any service was performed on me. Let's just say this place is a family felt atmosphere. Wonderful Staff and a great experience. Dr. Samadzada applied some good heavy pressure on my back, shoulders, neck and arms. I felt like all my stress, aches and pains were lifted right there on that table. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. After, my massage Dr. Lotfi gave my body an adjustment. I'm not going to sit here and lie and tell you that I wasn't a little nervous about the thought of my body being cracked and popped at my age LOL But, Dr. Lotfi was awesome and made sure that I was first completely relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Lotfi and his staff makes sure that you are educated and understanding of what the procedures are about. They make sure that you are well educate and explain in full details about the services.
