They helped me return back to normal and I'm SO thankful! There's no better place for physical therapy, quality care, and recovery but here! What a Gem of place for getting Physical Therapy!! Thank you sincerely, David French for your expertise, guidance and being such a high-quality, down to earth caring Therapist! I can't thank you enough for helping me with my recovery and getting my foot/ankle healed! And a big thank you to the whole team for your Excellent Customer Service! -- you all ROCK!! I first got introduced…read moreafter my first knee replacement surgery and have since been treated for my second knee replacement and am now a patient once again after a work related car accident. I cannot say enough about the top notch team of physical therapists and assistants that work at this specific location, most notably my therapist, David French. I know his work is his passion because of the care I am given each time I have a therapy session. I feel like David truly cares about how I'm doing and what we, together as a team can do to get me back on track. This guy knows his stuff and I am so glad I have him working with me to get me back to my best self! From the moment you walk into the building, the folks at the greeters desk are welcoming and attentive. They are very good about keeping to your appointment time too! I have never waited more than 2 minutes to get taken back to begin my treatment. Even walking through the facility, you are greeted warmly by other therapists with a friendly "Hello" and a smile. Every person that works here seems happy and gives the vibe that they actually enjoy their jobs! Such a refreshing observation to make, especially when dealing with folks that aren't feeling well....we can be kind of crabby but this staff handles it very very well. I recommend this location to everybody whenever I can. This location should be the model locale for the company. They really do a great job here for the patients and the community! I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful group of professionals, especially David French, looking after me! All I can say is, if you break a bone, get new bones, Jack your back or do something crazy and need a knowledgeable compassionate team to mend you up, go here. Make an appointment! They will help you. I guarantee!

This is an Occupational Therapy review, nothing to do with Physical Therapy…read more I went to Kayla for a broken wrist. A month later I got Mallet finger. She began to treat that by putting the top portion of my finger in a cast/splint. I wore that 24/7 for 9 weeks! Dr had suggester6-8 weeks. My Dr. took off the splint at 9 weeks and saw that there was no improvement. Turns out the splint was not put on correctly. My finger should have been in the extended position when splint was put on, or at least a bit of extended position and extend the finger a little bit every few weeks. 9 WEEKS for nothing!! Kayla was also treating my wrist. That week she took my wrist measurements. I had no improvement in the previous 2 weeks so I had plateaued. She told me there was nothing else she could do. And since she is the only OT in that office, she had n one to consult with and to run ideas by. So she basically dropped me. I ended up going to Loyola Center for Rehab on Roosevelt. An extra 15 min from my house. Boy! night and day. I was given a glove to wear for wrist exercises and some tape on my wrist. I was asked if I've been doing this one exercise for my finger and I said no. Never had been told. Please don't go to Gottleib for OT. You will not get better, or it'll take forever, or you'll be dropped. I used up some of my limited therapy sessions that my Insurance allows for nothing. I can't believe that her bosses allow her to just stop treating someone

4+ stars, i always leave room for improvements, NO business is perfect…read more I'm 60 yrs old. I was sent to physical therapy after a recent surgery. I also do have other physical ailments my Physical Therapist has to keep under consideration while planning my PT exercises. I Love how everyone from shuttle drivers to receptionist to Phyical Therapists to Physical Therapist Aids, treat their patients with Respect, Kindness, Patience, they listen to the patient. They work with the patient to help make PT a wonderful strenthening healing tool. . NOT just go through the motions of PT to get you in and out of there. At Gottlieb Physical Therapy, They show they care, they're not there just burning up time, texting, waiting for their shift to end, etc. They are there with YOU, the patient. Watching your every move, making sure you dont hurt yourself further than you already are, they watch to make sure you do the exercises correctly, watching for fatigue, they are there to help you get healthy in the right way. All certified, in their field. Thats why i chose them for my PT. I did my homework. I did NOT want to end up going to a "wanna be" PT franchise, where turn over in personnel is high from being overworked and that is there to collect money from Insurance, not for REAL Health-care. In My experience with Gottlieb Physical Therapy Dept. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of PT.

The therapists are patient, attentive, and genuinely supportive--they take the time to listen, explain, and guide progress in a way that builds both trust and results. Under Cindy's leadership, the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. The atmosphere is welcoming, the scheduling is well managed, and the entire staff--from therapists to front desk support--demonstrates competence and professionalism. It is clear there is strong oversight, clear standards, and a culture that values both clients and clinical excellence. If there is one area for improvement, it would be equipment upgrades. A team of this caliber deserves tools that match their expertise. High-quality professionals delivering high-quality care should be supported by modern, well-maintained equipment. Investing in updated resources would not only enhance the client experience but also reinforce the overall standard of excellence that the staff already upholds. In short, the people make this place exceptional. With upgraded equipment to match the strength of the team, it would set the benchmark for what a well-run, client-centered facility should be.

After 2 weeks my symptoms went from mild to severe and during that time my therapist didn't ask how I was progressing. I am very disappointed as I had used this specific Athletico several years earlier and had had a good experience. To add insult to injury, they added a "virtual" person to the process. I was not consulted on whether I needed the extra help - which, as I was going 2x per week, I really shouldn't have. As a result of this separation of actual therapy with virtual discussion ("sneak" billing), I will never go back to Athletico.

I was already paying 10$ per visit and was NOT TOLD about any other potential bills or statements coming my way. I specifically asked if 10$ was the only amount I'll be paying and was told YES by the staff at the front desk who did my initial insurance pre-authorization. So I get this bill and I called the billing number and after an hour of trying to figure out why I didn't know about any other payments I would have to make, he told there was a statement sent to me at the end of January with a due date of February 13th. So I told this man I never got any statements and the staff at the clinic never said I'd be paying anything other than the 10$ payment per visit or about any statements or bills I might get. I asked specifically if I would have to pay anything further and I told her that another PT place I went to wanted to charge me over 100$. The woman at the desk seemed really surprised too and never mentioned any further statements. So I kept going for weeks and then I get this bill for hundreds of dollars and NOTHING previously. The man I was talking to said that maybe the mail carrier lost my mail. And we went back and forth for over an hour and he just kept saying I supposedly received a previous statement. And I was attempting to impress upon him that if I had received a previous statement for a few hundred dollars I would stopped going!!! I'm going to keep calling until someone admits fault. I've had plenty of pre authorizations before and they tell you what to expect bc that's why we ask to get the pre authorization, so I know what I'm getting into. Right? The point is, I never received a first statement or anything that would indicate I'd be paying something other than 10$ per visit
