I signed up for an eight-round treatment plan along with a treatment of organic compost and a spring aeration. My guy, Steven, definitely deserves 5-stars and a nice hefty raise. He the technician for the 7 treatment sessions and he was fantastic. I learned a lot from him that I should have learned during my initial call. The technicians for aeration and overseeding were friendly and really did a good job. I recently had a fall aeration and overseed done which was the only thing that I am happy with, even though there was a large spot that needed more seed. A quick call to Weed Man resulted in some techs coming back out with another overseed at no cost. I'm on the books for a round of treatments for 2024, but I'm still not sure that I would sign up with them again even though the price is right, and I am giving them 5-stars because the customer service is good.

When asked for 2 to 3 days notice for aeration services since they want the customer to mark the sprinklers, they say that they'll do that but never have. It's not reasonable to assume that people have nothing else in their lives so that they're available to do prep work within hours of receiving notice that they're arriving (if they actually do). I would avoid this company at all costs.
