We have two very expensive bike in the bike rack that we actively used and one day they cleared out all of the bikes with no notice to the slip holders and then tried to deny that they had anything to do with it. I later noticed that they had locked one of our bikes in one of the marinas maintenance sheds so we were able to get that one back but not the other one. They immediately fired the staff that had been popular with the slip holders and replaced them with others who I considered to be very rude...at that point we decided to leave the marina for a much friendlier marina. Did I mention that while they reduced services they simultaneously increased their prices dramatically. I recommend you steer clear of this marina...they have a lot of growing up to do!

We had problems with the connection to the power supply and it would not stay securely connected. We contacted the manager by phone who was rude and unhelpful blaming our splitter(which has been used at other marinas with no problem and is relatively new). We had to run on our generator overnight. My husband tried to talk with him the following morning to troubleshoot the issue and he was dismissive and rude once again. We will opt for a different marina in the future.

There is no sense of urgency to help you get docked or get you fueled up. I find the dock hands at the Annapolis City Marina and Annapolis Landing (on Back creek), to be much more pleasant than the old crotchety guys at Yacht Basin, who couldn't care less about your business.
