If you enjoy the water, this is definitely a nice place to visit. On the side where we were, there were not a ton of businesses, but we were still able to find some delicious food & drink. There was a wine festival with music and lots of stalls with vendors. We ate some stellar corn dogs made with delicious, all-beef frankfurters. We browsed shops and purchased some fine, imported, Italian balsamic vinegar after an educational tasting. We also purchased some nice, inexpensive jewelry from a young woman in another stall. We also visited a smoke shop and ice cream parlor. The aquarium was also nearby, but we did not have time to stop in this trip; maybe next time! read more

Highly recommend this Harbor if you are ever in the Baltimore area. It is also close to the Baseball and Football Stadiums. Also, in the harbor you have the Museum of science, Aquarium, boat tours, and a bunch of shops in the area. Be sure to check out the museum of science since I attended and especially if you have kids, they have so much to do. There is parking all over close by, however it is not cheap!! Also make sure you park right across the street. There is a lot of places to eat as well When I went the harbor was frozen with ice, which was cool to see. This is a must see read more

I most enjoy the harbor during warmer months. There always seems to be an event there, and I really enjoy Baltimore by Baltimorr events. There's live music, vendors (food, apparel, art, etc), and overall fun. If you are visiting, I encourage you to look up what events are happening! read more

I love the wide waterfront path bordering the east and south sides of Inner Harbor. This path is where I do my morning , afternoon, and evening walking excise whenever the Mrs and I visit my oldest daughter. The view of downtown, harbor, and watercraft is exceptional, especially during sundown. Sadly, most of the shops and restaurants are closed permanently along the waterfront. At no time during my walks did I feel unsafe. There are always police, joggers, dog walkers, walkers, and families on the path. In the evening, outdoor activities such as volleyball, skating, Frisbee, etc, are going on in one of the parks lining the path. This area is a gem that deserves more investment by the city and more positive media attention. read more

I love Baltimore and all the activities in the area. One visit isn't enough. You can stroll along the marina and take selfies with the giant ships or visit a museum or restaurant. Parking can be expensive. It pays to research garages (Parking Panda or other apps). read more

I've been down to the Inner Harbor one time since living in Baltimore. I was always afraid of going down there not knowing where to park. I visited the Aquarium for the first time, and found that Im able to schedule for parking before I actually go, so that what I did, and so happy that I did. I had schedule to have parking through the Waze app. It was pretty easy and convenience, very well worth the $15. My parking time was 5:30pm to that same time frame the following day, for the same price, so no complaints. Made my visit stress free :) read more

Best Marina in Baltimore! I have friend who chose other marinas when they're in town and I still can't understand why. For the past two summers, my husband and I have stayed at Oasis Inner Harbor Marina for 3-4 months; in fact, we have decided to make Baltimore our summer home port specifically because of this marina. Everything here is a is ugly outstanding -- from what appears to be new concrete floating docks and power pedestals to outstanding service and friendly staff who goes well over and beyond. The location is ideal not only because of our postcard view (see attached, unedited photo taken from our boat) but also because we are at the edge of the city with Federal Hill just outside of the marina with the downtown being entirely walkable and grocery stores etc being minutes away without having to bustles through downtown traffic. We recently visited all of the marinas in inner harbor and we still do not understand why anyone would chose any other location to dock their boat over this marina. All the views from the marinas across the water are of industrial ship ports -- yuck! read more

The only reason this marina gets three stars instead of four was because of the serious lack of knowledge and experience of our "dock hand". Besides that, the office staff was friendly, the marina clean, and the floating docks were solid and wide. The slips were nicely spaced, and the views great. The usual drill is to contact the marina prior to actually entering the place, so we called them and got our slip location. Then any full service marina will send an attendant to flag you to your location and to grab some lines as you enter the slip. I was on the bow, with a line in hand, ready to toss it to our helper. As my husband maneuvered the vessel into the slip, I could not see the attendant and wondered where he had gone as now was the time to take my line. I looked over the railing and I saw him tugging at a rope that is used to secure our fender. Really? Are you kidding me? The dry weight (minus water, fuel, supplies) of our boat is 42,000 pounds. I think even a non boater would realize that you are not going to secure that kind of vessel with a 1/2 inch line that is only 4 feet long. I was speechless for a split second and then told him to grab the line I had and not the fender rope. He seemed to be clueless. Look, if it had been super windy or if there were some other difficult marine conditions, a deck hand is an awfully nice thing to have......only if they know what they are doing of course. Educate your staff!!!! read more
