Even though we took down a section of our fence next to a new construction lot, so they wouldn't screw up the drive they still drove a dump truck of gravel into the back yard and broke a 10x6 section. (Not there problem). Have complete disregard for all landscaping, had to bring in my own yard grader to fix there problems. They said a pool cover was included and after everything is finished try to get you to pay an extra 5k for it. Buyers be warned they will screw you
