Big rig friendly and staff is very friendly, grounds are kept quite clean. Very easy to maneuver our 43ft Class A Coach. Checked in, they gave me the "Rules & Regs" information, car tag and things of interest in the Gaffney area. We stayed for a week in Premium site #316, overlooking the pond. Simply beautiful!! They have a couple of ducks & geese around but they were not pests. Owners have a routine schedule of feeding them. Fun to watch. There is a section for "longer term stays".... but they were quiet and those we met, as we took walks, were friendly. They have a pool, mini-golf and there are walking trails around the 3 ponds. Careful... use exit #90, the exit GPS says us sometimes closed. Advise that you call the Campground to get construction updates.

After she applied my Passport America discount, my stay was $20 or so. I was pointed to a nearby back-in spot and as this is my very first overnight with the RV, I might have missed a few things. The space was level - no need to break out the leveling cubes. The power post was immediately near and I did not need an extension cord. I did not look for the water or sewer hookups. There was a firepit and a cute swing, neither of which I used tonight. They sell firewood in the office and a bunch of other stuff. There is also a fenced in dog park. They have a wifi, but it didn't reach to my parking spot. The restrooms were clean and there's a picnic area near the pool. Owner is very nice and very helpful, keeps the bathhouses, grounds and laundry room clean. I enjoy the pool during the warmer months and walking trails as well. We found that the town of Gafney has First Food Truck Friday downtown, and enjoyed walking around and eating some cool refreshments. We've stayed here about six times since and did a month long stay awaiting the birth of our grandson in May 2025.

The staff and owners are all kind good folks. Got the propane tanks filled while here, the maintenance guy picked them up and dropped them back to me at my site in under and hour easy, and it was very reasonable. A fairly level gravel base site, with water, power and sewer all within a few feet of each other making hook up straight forward and simple enough. Low maintenance established landscaping between the sites adds some privacy. The pull through where we stayed in the park had a picnic table, along with a gas grill and a covered pergola with a bench swing in the front. All overlooking a field with horses. This is a solid choice for a park, safe and secure. Easy in and out, and good people. 4 Stars good for an overnight or longer 01275

I went in with my service dog and was told he was not aloud in the building. I proceeded to explain to her that I understood pets weren't aloud, however, he is a working dog. She rolled her eyes at me and said "it doesn't matter if he's a service dog he can't be here." I don't know where these people are from or what there problem is but she absolutely refused to let me explain the laws to her and my rights as a disabled American. THIS IS ILLEGAL discrimination against people with disabilities. I will be submitting an official report with the Americans with disabilities act. This KOA will have to explain themselves, this is not okay. Absolutely despicable.

There's a tiny house section and some interesting types of dome housing. Weekday rates for these start at 99.00 per.night. Weekend rates for each of these starts at 149.00 per. night. Great opportunity to experience tiny home living in a beautiful country setting! Traditional RV sites and tent sites are also available. Weekday rates for the RV sites and tent sites start at 49.00 and 31.00 respectively. Weekend rates for these are also a bit more expensive. Many amenities here including a pool, camp store, and restrooms. If I understood correctly, with notice; hot tubs are available for rent. Once I parked, I was not disturbed by anyone or anything. From the lot where I was parked, there was no access to the park's wifi but I had four bars of LTE on Sprint. The park's water was cold and clean. As clean as the stuff I get out of the tap at my own home. As I mentioned, lot 47 was quiet. It was also level and had a water tap, power hookup and sewer access. I hooked up when I arrived and had no issues at all. One note is that the Harris Speedway is about a mile and a half away. There was some engine noises one evening but it ended by 9ish.
