The river has changed a lot since Helene came through, but so many people have done a lot of hard work to make the area safe and usable again. That being said, the water levels are low in many places which leads to bottoming out on the sand, gravel, or rocks. Lift your bum in these areas and you'll have better luck coasting over them. Everyone had a blast. The tubes stayed inflated and safe. Lifejackets for everyone. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It rained off and on, but we were wet anyway, so it didn't matter. We had fun. There was laughter all day and many memories were made. Thank you.

The two guides we had were amazing and so informative and the kept us entertained the entire time. They actually made the experience fun for us. For 80 per person, you get to ride six different lines that range in height, distance, and speed. Before every ride, the guides give safety tips and the best way to enjoy the ride. For a first-time rider, I'm so glad I was in the hands of Canopy Ridge I felt safe and I was never unsure on every line. It also involves some hiking but only a few steps. We enjoyed being in Nature and the weather was perfect. If you are ever in the area of Canopy Ridge Farm is a must.

The company listed no age restrictions on their website. We called twice and asked if there were any restrictions. My son is five years old and has tubed TWICE before. In NC the age limit is four. We assumed and called to check. This is no way to run a business! We had a group of 5 to tube today. They lost 100 bucks on not letting me sign a waiver that I would be 100% responsible for my sons safely.

It is $20/person and $5 for each cooler float. -You will go over to the area to get on the shuttle. It was a little slow but only because they had a huge party to pick up to bring back. -Sky Tubing shuttles you to your starting point, this is where you get your float(s). They have staff members there to connect your float(s) and cooler float, if one was purchased. Then they move the floats around so each person can get in without getting into the water. -It is now time to float away, trip times vary depending on the water level. Our trip lasted 3 hours and you can stop along the way. -When your trip is done staff members will be there to help you get out of the water and a bus will take you back to where you parked. I will have to say my experience with Sky Tubing was way better than it was with Zen Tubing. I highly recommend this company.

Staff were really friendly and they made the process as seamlessly easy and quick! You'll park your vehicle in their lot, and then they'll haul you in school buses. Once you get to the end of the float to get off, it gets pretty rocky so make sure you wear your Teva sandals or something that holds grip otherwise you'll be doing a little slip and slidin'. They also offer punch cards as well which honestly is quite a deal! You'll get a float ride free once you've reached an amount of punches on your card.
