Our family tradition has always been that we…read moreget the tree the day after Thanksgiving, but we were blessed this year in that our oldest daughter came home from Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving with us for the first time in over 10 years. We were so worried that we wouldn't be able to get a tree because so many places don't open until after Thanksgiving. We found this BEAUTIFUL place by accident! First, the gift shop is stunning. We spent a LOT of time in there and everyone found things that they love and that will be a part of many Christmases to come! The outdoor shop with wreaths and swags was decorated so lovely. It was easy to choose our tree from the samples provided! What a great idea! The ride out to the trees was fun and the driver was so nice. We have always cut down our own tree, but the driver cut it down with a chainsaw and loaded it up. They baled it so nice with rope, so NO mesh to mess with once home!! This was the most efficient and easiest we have ever had getting our Christmas tree. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful day with my family. My only suggestions are to play Christmas music out over some speakers or something, and bring in a wandering Santa for the kiddos. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and Merry Christmas!!!

They will even cut the tree you choose for you, which saves my husband's back! I love the barn with the fresh cut boughs and wreaths- they use the branches they remove from trees to make decor, I love that they aren't going to waste! They will drill a hole in the bottom if you want one and will secure your tree nicely. If you go on a week day and it's not too crowded, they have the warming house that's full of decor and ornaments. Great selection, also reasonable prices. Our kids, who are now teenagers, still love this family tradition! They have an old truck for a great picture backdrop as well.

I remembered the first time I visited this place I and saw their cute merchandise and trinkets I knew I had to come back. The merchandise they carry is similar to Hobby Lobby, or T.J. Maxx's merchandise for home decor, gifts and trinkets except more unique and a tad bit more expensive. But I love anything unique that's not mass produced with that unique personal touch. But a lot of their merchandise are marked higher than most places. They have a nice variety of selections from jewelry, to baby gifts, home decor, snacks, cute pens and pencils for the office, etc... But if your gift shopping for someone and want a special non generic gift or looking for something unique for yourself and for your home this is the place to go. Their merchandise also comes in different styles from contemporary to traditional pieces which appeals to different tastes. Awesome!!! And their shop is coordinated by color. Sometimes they have discount specials... where if your first or last name starts with a certain letter in the alphabet you save 20%, and they also have a rewards card. Once that's filled up you can save money, but otherwise when shopping there just expect to shell out some extra cash. This is one cutest gift shops I've been to. I go here even if I'm not visiting someone in the hospital. But because this place is located in a hospital parking can be hard to find. But I recommend checking this place out.
