She didn't listen to a word I said she was more worried about cash or charge then listening to her customers. Worse service from anyone there ever!! I was so upset when I left because she didn't listen and did exactly the opposite of what I asked when she was handling my plants and absolutely ruined the plants and my day.

The staff here is excellent- several staff members were able to walk me around and help me to find exactly the variety that would work best for me in several situations... and I'm pretty picky, as a landscape architect and horticulturist. It was like candy for me to be able to walk around with these experts and pick their brains on different qualities of each cultivar- I learned new things, which is always a win. In the end, I went home with a Baetzella peony that I had been searching for at a very good price, a great dwarf Japanese Maple (they have so many to choose from!), and a unique, funny little evergreen that they bred right there at the nursery.
