I had expected a bunch of finger pointing between UPS and Hartmann's with the end result of ME being left holding the bag. And in fact, I think UPS was going down that road. Bob Kabel of Hartmann's contacted me personally and fixed things. Fast. It was refreshing to have a company immediately put the customer first. This year my bestie and I took my nephew for the first time which was so much fun and a memory I will cherish forever.  Make sure you're wearing good shoes, are bundled up and prepared to spend a decent amount of time in the maze. It was beautiful they have a great garden and know which plants work best in our area, which is something I really needed help with. They have several bottle tree's through the area that give a pop of color and interest as your walking around looking at everything. This is a great place to pick up local produce and show your price in your community. Their prices aren't high, and they haven't been pushed up like you see some of the places right off the highway have been. They have a lot of different products for sell and I truly believe there something for everyone. I think this will be place we come back to many times just to see what else they have.
