It was beautiful they have a great garden and know which plants work best in our area, which is something I really needed help with. They have several bottle tree's through the area that give a pop of color and interest as your walking around looking at everything. This is a great place to pick up local produce and show your price in your community. Their prices aren't high, and they haven't been pushed up like you see some of the places right off the highway have been. They have a lot of different products for sell and I truly believe there something for everyone. I think this will be place we come back to many times just to see what else they have.

I stopped there the next day and received 5-very healthy seedlings of red-raspberry to plant in my garden. I planted them and all five are flourishing and even bearing fruit the first season. The cost was even less than what I paid for 2 plants from a well-known company. The plants were already dead before I got them, and they didn't even want to refund the shipping cost. While I was at Krieger's, I took a look at how they ship their plants, and it looks like they would still arrive healthy even if the shipping took a week or more. The flowers are beautiful, not over priced, and the bouquets were well put together. I have fond memories of coming out here in the crisp windy weather of fall to chose a pumpkin and some gourds. The pumpkins are always adorably painted, come in varying sizes, and, just like the flowers, aren't overpriced. My mom always complained I had to pick the biggest, most outrageous looking pumpkin in the world. Usually I got a large pumpkin with a famous painting on it like starry night or Mona Lisa.
