I love this office and Dr. Pandey. My old dentist had retired and before I could set up a new dentist I woke up with terrible tooth pain. I called Waterview and they got in that day, turns out I needed a root canal. I have been going to them for over 6 years now and have never had a problem. I have seen both Dr Pandey and Dr Sortito for appts depending on availability. Unfortunately, my insurance changed as of 2026 and the office doesnt accept my new insurance, so I am transferring to a differnt dentist. I use to love this office but now I will NOT be returning to this office ever again! A new dentist took over the office and I won't be letting him touch any of my teeth again! As if it wasn't enough for my crown to break he has a BAD attitude! I heard him disrespect his staff and order them around like they were his personal slaves! No female or person deserves that kind of treatment! Dr. Pandey needs a BIG lesson on how to treat his employees and patients! read more

I've been coming to Waterview Dental for a long time and their practice really let me down. I happen to be pregnant and have been having some issues with pregnancy gingivitis which is a common problem. Unfortunately I had tried everything to ease the pain over 3 days and nothing seemed to give me relief. So I call the dentist and ask if I can be seen and they said "No, because it's a pregnancy issue, there is nothing we can do for you in your state." I ended up calling my OBGYN as it seemed to be my last option, and in disgust asked how could they not see you when teeth and gums are their specialty? So a Nurse called Waterview dental and explained how it was "wildly inappropriate" that they would turn down giving me at least an exam. I eventually got a call back late afternoon THE NEXT DAY saying how they still won't give me an exam and that there is nothing they could prescribe me to ease the pain. Well, it just so happens my neighbor works at a dentist office and the dentist was able to see and examine me. I got a lot of my questions answered, some special gum flossers and toothpaste and he prescribed me an antibiotic rinse to help with inflammation. THANK GOD for dentists who actually care about their patients because Waterview dental group clearly DOES NOT. I will not be returning here again. read more
