So even though I had a confirmation they could not test me and told me to reschedule online for tomorrow (via the same system they just told me did not work). No thoughtful resolution offered and a line of 5-6 cars behind me likely to experience the same thing with no one letting them know.

She was trying to put me down, she was confused and gave attitude when given a suggestion. I felt totally uncomfortable and it wasn't given "on the corner of happy and healthy". It was more of "on the corner of attitude and I hate working here". I love this store, but that is embarrassing from someone who's worked there for 8 years.

I have been filling my prescriptions at the New Prague Walgreens for at least 10 years, but after…read morethe appalling, uncaring, and rude behavior I experienced today, I will never refill a prescription here again.I received a text stating that two of my prescriptions were ready. When I arrived, they told me only one was ready but that they could fill the second one in 20 minutes, promising to announce my name over the speakers when it was done. After walking the aisles waiting, I returned to the pharmacy counter only to find the shutters completely pulled down. Staff members were actively walking out the door next to the window. When I asked about my medication, one of them dismissively told me, "We are closed and we can't do anything about it," and just walked out without a care.I spoke to the store manager, who apologized but claimed she couldn't do anything. She then tried to claim they had announced my name over the speaker. When I asked her what name they called, she said "Birbir"--which is not my name at all. I wasted a full hour of my time and left without my essential medication due to pure incompetence and a total lack of empathy. It is deeply shameful that this pharmacy treats a loyal, 10-year patient with such blatant disregard.

We were in a hurry, so I did not notice that only three of the five medications were filled. The pain meds and the blood thinner were missing. After I got home, I noticed that they were omitted. When I called about it, I was told, Yeah, we were out of them. I said I was frustrated that I was not informed at the time. I was then told that it was partially my fault, as I did not say I needed five meds. Mind you, I was just out of surgery and very foggy.
