Since that time mid last year, the company has changed and restructure some of the pricing however, the bigger point for me writing this review is because of Michael. Today when I pulled in, Micheal gave me all the services that you should receive as a concierge at the car wash. he was so kind and informative, he educated me on the pricing and what the regulations were concerning the subscription. I took the advantage of the deal that was offered, and I went on my way. Before I left Micheal asked me was there anything else that I needed? Honestly, I don't know if the rest of the staff is as kind and courteous as Micheal was. I do see different things done when I pull up to actually get my car wash which I was quite intrigued by. I gave the review of four star because of some previous experiences but mostly because Micheal was great. Now at this time, I'm looking for consistency not with just Micheal because he naturally is a great customer care and concierge. He should work the pull-up station all the time. Since I have renewed my subscription, I will be coming back and following up on my experience. I really enjoy having a great experience wherever I go because I believe that customer care wins. Is one way we can provide hugs to the community and our society. Go over there and check out the car wash team and let me know how they do.

From the moment I spoke with them, they made me feel very welcome, listened to my concerns, and treated me with kindness, understanding, and respect. Their customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to make sure I was completely satisfied. First of all shout out to Miguel and the lady writing tickets on Sunday July 5th. 5 stars to to…read morethem both. Please forgive me I did not get her name. I'm not happy with myself about that. She and Miguel were extremely nice and very professional when it came to getting the job done correctly. I came in at 12 (per my appointment) and asked for an exterior wash and an interior detailing. I received a text at 2:04 that my jeep was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed well if at all. I also noticed sand still on the floors and mud that was still on the outside. One gentleman took my vehicle back to the detailing spot and asked a couple of guys to blow out the back. I decided to take a towel that I had in my vehicle and start going over other places they missed. I step to the back and ask them about cleaning something on the inside and that's when an employee thought it would be appropriate to ask me if I thought my vehicle looks better than it did when I brought it in? Then he proceeds to tell me that not everything can be fixed. About that time Miguel walked up and asked me if everything was ok. After explaining everything from the vehicle not looking good to the employee who wanted to argue with me. Miguel immediately stepped in and took charge and told me my vehicle would not leave until it's truly ready. He did it too. Finally after almost 3 hours after telling me it was ready I was satisfied with what I feel should have been done the first time and pulled out of their lot around 4:45-4:50. Miguel and the lady writing wash tickets truly made me feel heard and seen when it came to my vehicle. Had they not I would have been demanding a refund. Thank you both for actually taking time out of your extremely busy day to make sure I left satisfied. I know it was a busy and hot day however I want both of y'all to know that it did not go unnoticed. I noticed both of y'all's professionalism, caring and respect. I did the 3 stars for the quality of work that was or wasn't done on my vehicle and the employees attitude.

- - - Updated Review of WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Austin, TX on 04/28/2026 - - -…read more I wanted to update my review of this WhiteWater Express Car Wash (Parmer Lane location) because this location has been slacking on a few things that they never used to but has now become the norm. Where previously they used to always have PLENTY of clean micro fiber towels in the bins for customers to use..lately that is no longer the case. These days, only 1 bin of clean towels for customers to use is being filled or they're passing out the clean towels to customers 2 towels at a time. Coming in contact w/ a nonfunctioning vacuum is also becoming the norm. Leaving this feedback in hopes positive changes get made. Till next time, Rebecca

Pulling up to the car wash track, I shifted into neutral and let the track push my car through the car wash tunnel. An attendant was stationed at the start to make sure my car is aligned with the track and gave my car a pre-wash. Coming out the other side, their blowers are strong. And man, there are about 8 of them blowing most of the water off of my car. I got their free towel dry service by driving around to the side and under the pavilion. The workers there quickly wiped my vehicle dry using microfiber towels. I didn't opt to use their vacuums this time, though I can attest they are a godsend whenever I need to clean the inside of my car. They usually have plenty of bays available to pull into and you can spend a little time detailing your car there too. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars this time is because of the attitude of the employees. From the manager down to the attendants, I didn't see anyone smiling. It just looked like none of them wanted to be there. I get that the work they do is hard, and I appreciate them for it, but I had hoped they could have put a little bit more effort into providing a better customer experience.

It would also probably be a little more effective and helpful. But other than that, I really like this location. The kids who dry your car and wash your rims do a good job. I love that they have leather cleaner for use by the vacuums. They also have dash cleaning wipes they hand out sometimes along with air fresheners. That's hit or miss, but nice when it happens. The air blowing apparatus and vacuums are great. I love the slightly wet towels that really make cleaning up what the car wash doesn't get easy. Good value per wash, but the membership didn't end up being great for me because I didn't go enough after the first few months. I'll go back for individual washes.
