Looks like I got similar treatment to Mitch here. I called Cover-Pools, a company based out of Utah, as I was interested in their product. They kindly referred me to Waterscapes as their local Nashville dealer. So after calling and speaking with Faith, I asked about how I could possibly purchase and install that specific product. She takes down my number and says Andy will call me back. I never receive a call from Andy, but Faith calls me back the next day saying that she spoke to some manager or whomever and they WON'T BE TAKING ON ANY NEW BUSINESS. Confused, I said, "do you know anybody else that installs this product in the area?". Faith seemed to think that was an odd question, like "who's this friggin guy asking for help? What am I? Some sort of customer representative for a pool company?". She certainly wasn't interested in providing me any sort of helpful insight, and I'm pretty sure she was delighted to hear me say "okay, thanks for the help. Bye." My best guess is she had a pretty sweet game of Candy Crush that she had to get back to.
So there you have it everybody. Waterscapes doesn't need your business, nor are they interested in helping you because their current business is just treating them tooooo good $$$$$$$!!!!! Best of luck with that model of customer service. I'm sure it will provide many future years of sustaining, profitable business. read more
