I requested a quote from yelp and in a few minutes Corey emailed me back letting me know he can assist with with my job. They have a flat rate service I choose for handyman for the day. David came to my home a few days prior to the job appointment day to look at the work to make sure it could be done in a day and agreed it could. He came on the agreed time ready to tackle the job. He also picked up the materials from home depot I needed to get the tiles done like the grout, this was a nice plus. The job started at 9am and he was done by 5pm. He came back the next day to set the grout as it needed a day to dry. Everything went smooth and we are happy with end result. I will be using David and Corey for future jobs, thanks guys!

While the handyman was here, there was a part of the back of a dining room chair on the floor, when I asked the property manager what it was, he said "Oh yeah, I saw that on the floor, I don't know." But he never picked it up! Then, while they were at the house standing in front of the chairs I realized it was from the back of the chair, and he said "Oh yeah...I see it now." But didn't ask the handyman to reattach it! Instead, he put the piece on a side table and left.

I made an appointment for a quote on assembling a console table, an electric fireplace, and to install 4 sets of Blinds. The owner is so full of crap that he quoted me $950... I should've said hell naw, but I really needed a guy that day. Anyway, his guy shows up 3 hours after the appointment time because he has a special needs kid and has to come late. In which I still said that was fine cause your kids are more important than a job. When he showed up he assembled the fireplace and installed the blinds. The table was broken so I had to order another in which I did and was told they'll can easily come back. The owner changed me $750 for the fireplace and blinds. Although I didn't feel comfortable with the price, I still paid it. The next time I called them about whatever else I needed done around my home, he told me he would get the handyman out to my home on Thursday (appt was made before the hurricane) cause that's the soonest he could come out. Then Thursday comes & no handyman. He says he'll send him out Sunday (today) cause he was so busy What do you know? No handyman. I already found another one. I just had to give my experience with this half ass business so they can't lie to another customer. And I don't want anyone else to lose out on money especially if you have someone to do it for a much better price. Just don't take your chances with this family operated business cause if they can't scam or price gouge you, then you won't see them! In the end, you'll feel unsatisfied like I felt!
