She changed the procedure, to a full scan of my neck down to my forearm which revealed; phlebitis/DVT. As soon as Anna asked another girl with a Spanish accent to help check for the next appointment, the other girl got annoyed and said she was unable to verify if they could put me on the schedule. I dont have her name but she was not as friendly as the other staff. I got the doctors card and company information and will come back another day because I think Dr John and his assistant will provide great patient care and the help I need to feel better with my leg issues. The office should have a phone or messages sent to them from the call center who is aware patients are trying to add onto the schedule. I give this a office a good review due to the personality of Dr. and his assistants kindness and both of them gave alot of help and knowledge to a walk in patient even with them being extremely busy with many other patients. Lastly, only Fridays open at this location is challenging.
