My family and I couldn't be happier with our kids swimming at Watermelon Swim! My daughter began swimming at the South Tampa location when she was two years old, and I knew from the start that we would be swimming with Watermelon Swim for a long time. Every team member went out of their way to engage with my daughter and help her to feel comfortable in the water. She quickly advanced swim levels while swimming twice a week with Ms. Melanie, Ms. Sage, and Ms. Ashely. When we moved closer to the Riverview location we knew we had to keep up with my daughter's swim progress. The Riverview location is incredible! Upon walking through the front doors we are always immediately welcomed by familiar faces. Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Olivia, and Mr. Jordan are just some of the amazing people we see the most, but everyone always greets us with a smile and usually refers to us by name- especially Ms. Melodee and Mr. Christian. I've seen my daughter excel at the Riverview location. Not only has she advanced swim levels- her confidence has soared. She is always excited to go to class, see her friends, and chat with the entire Watermelon Swim crew. We love it so much we decided to do the Water Babies class with our three month old son. What a fun class! Ms. Ella and Mr. Gio are so kind and take the time to ensure a positive experience for the family. My daughter always looks forward to swim class, and I love being able to watch her progress. As first time parents, my husband and I were certain we wanted our son to learn how to swim for safety reasons. We were unsure on where to enroll him as we were nervous about him being in the water with people other than us. I kept hearing about watermelon swim through a friend and at first contact, we spoke to Fortune, who was very informative and reassuring that our son would be safe in their arms. We made the decision to enroll son. The first few classes were a bit of a struggle for us due to the separation anxiety we dealt with, but now almost 3 month later my son went from level 1-2!!! All the teachers are very knowledgeable, well trained and attentive to each and every kid. Kudos to Ms. Sophia, the most talented teacher. Also Ms. Katie and Bailey are so good. We love watermelon swim! My daughter has been swimming here since she was 3 months old at the Riverview location she's now 3 and loves it. She loves swim is ready for her lesson every week and seeing her greatly improve week after week makes me know I made the right decision of choosing watermelon swim.
