The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. I want you to know you have a great customer oriented employee.

There are 8 fuel pump stations, plus 2 diesel pumps as well. Service is quick and staff are courteous plus friendly. There's a small Super Stop Convenience store with an ATM and Java Stop for fresh brewed coffee. Other services/sales onsite include a Super Wash soft cloth vehicle wash, firewood, lotto, ice, propane exchange, snacks, restroom, vehicle fluids like oil and windshield washer fluid. Just bought a country property and since they were already the providers decided to stay with them…read more We were told they come automatically when they read the sensors on the tank but that never happened and we ran out of gas. The sensors don't appear to even work since they have read zero since we moved in so we had no idea how much we had. Customer service takes a week to reply. Calling doesnt get you much better. They ordered gas but couldn't tell us when we would get it and online says by Feb 28 which is a week away in the middle of winter. Wish I had read previous reviews before signing with this disgusting company. Stay far away from them

We are supposed to be monitored with the smart tank wifi when the tanks are low and it seems this is broken and we unknowingly ran out of propane. I have called so many times and was told management has been emailed but no reply. I finally connected with a regional manager named Anthony he promised to call me back and never did. I have babies in the house and advised them of the safety issue there is with leaving them without heat at -20 degree temperatures but no one cares. I don't know how to get them to come fill these tanks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend going with a different supplier.
