We made a verbal deal over the phone to come and empty and remove the tank and i would be given a refund for $150. Now, i know the 35% propane in my tank that i already bought previously was well worth more than $150 But i agreed and just wanted to get rid of reliable. Anyways, after removing my tank, and even my own personal hose from the line to the regulator i have yet to receive our agreed upon credit. After calling I was told that they had no recollection of our deal... Beware of shady business practices such as this from Reliable Propane. Purchased our own tank from Noco and received promt, honest service. Thanks Noco for listening to your customers. Looking for anyone dealing with Reliable. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and do your own research.

The sensors don't appear to even work since they have read zero since we moved in so we had no idea how much we had. Customer service takes a week to reply. Calling doesnt get you much better. They ordered gas but couldn't tell us when we would get it and online says by Feb 28 which is a week away in the middle of winter. Wish I had read previous reviews before signing with this disgusting company. Stay far away from them

We are supposed to be monitored with the smart tank wifi when the tanks are low and it seems this is broken and we unknowingly ran out of propane. I have called so many times and was told management has been emailed but no reply. I finally connected with a regional manager named Anthony he promised to call me back and never did. I have babies in the house and advised them of the safety issue there is with leaving them without heat at -20 degree temperatures but no one cares. I don't know how to get them to come fill these tanks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend going with a different supplier.

How in the world is this company still in business? Every phone number goes to the same call center…read more(who knows where that is), including the emergency (I have a GAS LEAK number). So far we have been on hold for over six hours. Calling the company that serves natural gas, 2 roads over brings immediate responses and you get to talk to a real person, especially in an emergency like we are experiencing now. However, Enbridge does not service this road. The Province of Ontario should fine superior propane heavily for their lack of customer service. Currently, the recording says they estimate we will be on hold for another 7,000 minutes. Do the math, that's around 166 days on hold. Superior? Hardly. The CEO of superior should be ashamed of him/herself. Enbridge Gas, please expand to the 13th Consession West, Tiny ON. We miss your attention to detail and customer support. UPDATE: After sending an email to the President and VP and calling the General Manager of all of Ontario, the phone calls poured in, the service truck came within minutes. No explanation of how the communication failure happened but in the end, we were provided with emergency services. Thank you Graham, the service tech who knows more about propane than anyone I have met.
