Excellent movers. Would hire again any day. I have hired movers in the past and have paid too much money for too little effort. Aleks' company is next level! They are communicative and responsive, they show up on time, they put in maximum effort and moved all our bins and boxes down scary metal flights of stairs and loaded it into the truck with skill and precision. Seriously their loading skills paid off because we drove across the country and nothing moved! They managed to fit all our stuff into our van somehow. Lorenc and George were hardworking, so skilled, so friendly and upbeat, so caring, so efficient, and saved us big time. They are excellent movers. I also spoke to Aleks on the phone when arranging the move and he was professional, communicative, fair, kind and responsive. He gave us a good last-minute deal. I had contacted several other movers that morning and the night before and had been offered insane prices. We hired them to move our in-laws into their new home, and they were extremely flexible, breaking up the move across multiple days to make it easier on them, switching dates last second due to having elevator issues and once the days finally came to move they were very very efficient, on time and extremely friendly. My in-laws mentioned how trustworthy they felt dealing with the team and all of their items. Everything was moved into their new property without any damage or delay. Great service from start to finish! From the moment I called to have a heavy fridge moved from my main floor to the basement I was treated with super customer service and fair pricing. Franko arranged to have his skilled movers remove the fridge doors and also the door to the basement so that no damage was done to either the fridge or our home. The movers were very respectful, careful and quick with the relocation of the fridge and they made sure to have the right amount of staff on site (4 movers) so that the move could get done safely. I hired them to do a job for me and I have had bad experience in the past with other movers . I was happy with their Flat rate Quote they gave me before the moving date . They promised 2 men and a truck . Then on the moving date they showed up 5 men and a big truck . I was so happy with these movers , they make the industry of moving look good. Great movers! They called you promptly to visit your place and properly appraise the volume that needs to be moved and give you a fail "flat" rate so no surprises on the moving day or extra charges.
