After that, I decided to get a second opinion. Who wouldn't, with a $2,600.00 quote? First thing Monday, I called to let Alice know that we would be going with someone else. Boy, did that set her off! In conjunction with the soil test, I needed the pump out sheet and, also, the receipt for tax purposes. After many calls, she finally answered her phone. Said it would be Monday before she could get me the documents. This was on the Tuesday before...so almost a week to get what I needed. Might as well have been a month because she has yet to return any of my calls. A professional in the business said that is typical of them. Finally, get this, when the person I decided to do the work came and inspected the site, he looked at it and said I didn't need a new drainfield. That it was working properly! I would not recommend these people, and I would not use them again if they were the only GAME in town. So unprofessional.

He basically told us to shut up and let him talk, and explain what the process was. We got a bad feeling at that point. Anytime a person is going to pay several thousand dollars for a service they should be allowed to ask as many questions as they want to. When we decided to let him do the job we asked for a written contract. This is only good business practice, and assures that both parties understand what is expected. After 3 requests we still did not get everything we asked for in the written contract. Tara told us one thing, and Chip said another. Therefore, on the day that All Septic came out to start the job my husband wanted to make sure we all were on the same page. When the subcontractor's truck entered our property it was too large to fit through the gate. The driver went at an angle breaking the driveway in several pieces. He also ran over the gate crushing one corner splitting the post, and breaking a large limb off of an oak tree. No apology was mentioned. Before the job was started he asked Chip to review where the new tank was going to go. Chip gave my husband a dirty look and was rudely abrupt stating "where do you think it is going to go. I told you already." Hubby said that his wife had said something different, and we needed to make sure the tank was going exactly where we wanted it. Their contract stated that they get the final payment at the time of the final inspection which is actually prior to the final grading and finishing of the job. That also made us uneasy to pay a contractor prior to completely finishing a job. We were in business for many years and we never received any money until the j ob was completely finished, and the customer was happy. Finally, Tara said several times that we would have a beautiful lawn after the seed came up. When the job was finished Chip left. His employee was left to seed the area and to put straw on it. The employee used very little seed stating that he would get into trouble if he used too much. The area was never strawed, and the bail of hay still sits in our yard. We watered twice a day as instructed. The seed started to grow in the shade, but quickly burned up because the seed was mostly rye grass. We called to talk with Chip about the problem that the grass was not growing. Tara answered the phone and put Chip on the line. Chip kept asking what All Septic could do for us. My husband stated that they could pay the $57.00 that it took to buy more seed that would grow in Florida's weather. Chip stated "I'm not going to pay you any money!" So, we are out $150 for a new gate not counting the broken post, $57 for more seed, and a feeling that nothing will be guaranteed. Their contracts indeed state that they are not responsible for damages done to landscaping or property. However, he tore up the lawn in areas that he wasn't working. An apology would have been nice. Guaranteeing that the lawn would come up is what both Tara and Chip said but that didn't happen. We can not recommend this company because when issues arise it seems to be only the customer's fault. Chip (The Owner) came out to meet with me and sat at my kitchen table several times, even played with my 2 year old daughter. We needed the first one done in a hurry or we would have lost the contract. Chip worked day and night to get the very large project done on time and saved my deal. He went above and beyond on several occasions. He kept me informed and picked up the phone every single time i nervously called for an update. He is the definition of integrity. The world would be a better place if more small business owners conducted themselves as he does. The second system he installed for me went perfectly without any hiccups as well. I would highly advise hiring ALL Septic for any needs that yo may have. They do outstanding work. ( We haven't had any issues with either property.) Chip has even come back several times to each property (after the check cleared to check on the systems and ensure they are working properly). The prices were the best we could find and the service was beyond compare. I cannot say enough positive things about ALL Septic System. I hope everyone who reads this will give them a call. Got our septic pumped yesterday as required by county every 5 years. The technician that came had…read moreto dig up 2 areas in yard as he missed where the septic opening was. He cut our outdoor lighting low voltage wire on the first try. When we called the office to ask them to repair, the girl that answered the phone was rude & dismissive from the start. She said she'd ask the owner & call back. I don't know if she even asked. But she called back & said no they're not going to do anything. She didn't care about us as customers at all. I would think she alone loses a lot of business for the company. We won't use them next time.

The hiree turned out to be a scammer but ALL Septic did the right thing and refunded my money and let that employee go and offered to make things right. I applaud their professionalism.
