It wasn't a high priority, but it needed to be done. Here is what happened. Front-of-the House- I was touched by two very nice women. I could feel their great attitude over the phone. I could even sense their smile. I waited for ten days for an appointment because it was low priority and that was no problem. Service- Two great guys showed up. Then we called an electrician, he said it wasn't a grounding issue, and that it was going to be a part that had gone bad somewhere in the AC unit causing it to short. Then we called FAIR because of a friend recommendation and they came out, found the issue in like 2 minutes, had everything completely fixed in less than 30, and my pregnant wife is happy again. knowledgeable technicians and surprisingly they did it for about $300 cheaper than what we were quoted for the same service by the first company. very happy customer here.
