Anyhow, every time I have been here, staff have been so friendly and helpful! They now have an online pickup area near the entrance. Of course, they have so many amazing scents and and products despite the store being on the smaller side. All in all, great location!

Today, even the savviest of shoppers wouldn't find great deals. We bought the bare minimums and used Mrs. E.'s coupon resources to score a semi-decent bargain. The staff at BBW is typically warm and friendly. The two young ladies here were not. I've had better treatment from a teenager at a fast food joint. Very surprising for this organization. I can only hope this is an isolated incident at this location. Perhaps next month will be better. I'm just glad this isn't a company wide problem. 09/24

I needed a last minute same-day floral delivery in Columbus and I live in California. I always…read morelike to use a local flower shop instead of 1-800 Flowers or the like, so after a quick Google search I found Flowerama's website. The website itself services four Floweramas, but this review is for the service I received from the Whitehall location after I placed my order. I placed my order online at 12:30 pm Ohio time for a delivery before 2:00 pm. I received a call from the shop saying they didn't know if they could get it there by 2:00 pm, but would do their best. No problem, I really only needed it there by 5:00 pm, but didn't see that option on the website. Very nice of them to call and let me know. At 3:00 pm, their delivery man, Jeff, called me to let me know that the address I gave did not match the business name I provided when he went to drop them off. After a little research, it turns out that I had given them the wrong address. Flowerama delivered it a second time to the correct address and Jeff called me to let me know that the intended recipient got the arrangement. So awesome of them to go above and beyond when I made the error and they still had the flowers there by 3:30 pm.

Michaels is makin' moves and by moves I mean catching up with the times and updating their store…read moreconcept. This location is the very first of its kind and just opened back up after all the changes they made. As a self proclaimed crafty queen and frequent Michaels shopper, I had to pay it a special visit just to check it out. My first thought... yessssssss!!!!!! I see you Michaels, I see you. For starters, same feel. I felt like I was in a Michaels store. It's not like their entire identity changed. It was still familiar, I knew what to look for and where. The flow of the store made sense. I really liked the new flower bouquet and plant area right at the front, along with their party room and upgraded supply section complete with a balloon bar. I'm not a big fan of Party City and goodness, they are giving them a run for their money with this refresh. Lastly, their fabric section certainly got a glow up. I'm not a seamstress and fabric is not my medium of choice, but it's super obvious how much better it is now. I will say that I've noticed the prices are getting a little outta hand for some things. This isn't specific to this Michaels location, but refers to all of them. There's no way I'm paying $25 for a tray because it's trendy right now. Overall, I'm glad they made these changes and are living in 2026 now. I'll definitely be coming to this location more.

Within a few hours we returned with the scan code for returns on the front of the bag. The return wasn't going through and they asked if we bought through Paypal, which we did and has never been a problem anywhere. They said due to that, they had to issue a gift card. I don't shop here regularly, that is of no use to me. Trying to find a customer service option on the main website is near impossible. After looking at the return policy online, it CLEARLY states all purchases made with Paypal will be refunded cash!!! (See pic) I'd like my cash back please because it feels shady that I'm forced into a gift card when your own website says that shouldn't be the case.
