I called…read morethe salesman (Zach), and not only did he honor the warranty, no questions asked, he and his partner came to my home today and hand-delivered and assembled the bed themselves, ON THEIR DAY OFF! I also managed to lose the hardware that went to the drawers that go with the bed, and he ordered new hardware, free of charge (even though it was my fault I lost them), and is coming back to assemble those, too. I know it sounds like he was just doing his job, but he could have easily had their delivery people take care of it, but he took personal responsibility for the matter, and resolved it, on his own time. I commend his level of customer service, and I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

Even not saying a word, and the smell of pot being straight smoked only feet away in the back , i felt him judging me and mine that i was shopping for. I wanted to get some dresses and what nots for my self while looking for glass supplies for two of my grown kids in the store but instead put stuff back or didn"t even pick the stuff up. He acted like a jugdemental dick over the glass supplies i asked about all i bought was one 11 dollar glass piece, some smells and butane. And to top it off when i at the registar, he acted like i couldn't afford what i was buying. Only like 20 or 30 bucks, what a a****. But their sales suck!! Not going back!
