My son who is 6'4, 14 and African American walks in he has his hood slightly on the back of his head not covering any of his facial features we're met by three workers whom are standing in the middle of the floor conversing the all stop and the guy in the middle states "can you take your hood down for me my son didn't hear him at first so he states it again louder and my son takes it off and ask about the policy they become irritated and say it's posted in the window right there I say okay and ask well what's the reason you have that posted and the guy rudely and aggressively states " uh well robberies" and roll his eyes and turns back to finish he conversation. Oh so my son looks like he's going to rob your store because he's black and 6'4 right I immediately took my son and left. We as black people shouldn't be spending money with companies that view us as such all races rob, kill and steal. Stop the racism the same God created us all. Be blessed

So while the car was charging, we popped into the convenience store. They have a good variety of items that one might expect from such a store - snacks, drinks, medicines, slushies, coffee and more. They also have a really nice selection of heartier food - hot fried chicken, cold deli sandwiches and wraps, and pizza. There is a very small seating area (4-5 seats) inside the store if you want to eat there. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Easy entrance and exit off of Gender Road; I am, however, surprised there's not a traffic light at the intersection - maybe that's in the works? Their convenience store is clean and spacious. I did notice an area for what looked like food of some kind, but can't elaborate. Gum selection has been lacking, but you can probably chuck that up to the pandemic supply chain woes. I haven't used the bathroom(s?) yet, but, as with any brand new build, I'm sure they're clean. I would assume they're kept fully stocked, but I'm unable to confirm that statement yet.

Giant Eagle, by far, has the best gas reward program of any other grocery store in central Ohio. I don't remember off of the top of my head what the exchange rate for food bought to gas price is but it's pretty good. I usually can get 70 cents a gallon knocked off right away from one weekly shopping trip. I can save the gas points up or I can cash them in right away. They stay for quite a while so there's no hurry to use them up. The only draw back to this one location is that it's small and congested so it's not uncommon to get wedged in from other cars or have to so some tight maneuvering to get out and away from the other people looking for cheap gas. That's minor though when getting cheap gas. Cheap gas rules!
