Automated car wash doesn't do the best job at cleaning the exterior. Car wash overall is good though, self-service vacuums are good, and not that expensive. Haven't been through the self cleaning bays, I would imagine if you put in the work your car will come out a lot better than the automated wash does. read more

They have removed the dryer option from the basic (10$) wash. So be prepared to hand dry your car if you choose the 10$ wash. They used to have it, but removed it to have more people choose the 14$ wash. I go there once every 2 weeks, but this nickel-and-diming really pissed me off. read more

I used their automatic wash today. I have a white VW atlas and after going through the wash, I got out to empty the trash from the car. I noticed the sides of my vehicle were still dirty with dirt. I have to my fair share of Do-It-Yourself carwashes and this is by far the best of them. Most places you put in quarters only (no debit or credit cards) and your time is limited to 3 minutes, but you can add time by adding more quarters. If I could leave zero stars I would. The owners here go out of their way to disrespect local/neighboring businesses in the area by uploading hate-talk videos to social media. They also ensure that their garbage is spread all across their lawn before they mow the lawn, so when the wind blows it spreads all over to route 1, old Washington road, and all of the neighboring properties (VERY DANGEROUS). I'm sure this is how they keep their property value up. The machines here do little to clean the vehicle. In fact, they do much damage that customers need to spend thousands of dollars in paint correction and wheel refinishing - yes, your wheels will rub on the machines in the automatic wash. read more

The car washes OK. However, anytime you spend the extra money for the tire shine it never does all four tires. I have complained numerous times about this and even the employees tell me that it never works right. I drive a full size pick up and going through the automatic wash is a pain in the ass. The cones they lay out for those lanes are good if you drive a compact car, otherwise, you may have to back up and adjust a few times. The wash itself is ok, it cleans off the big stuff, but don't expect anything other than that. The self service bays are decent, but once again, as you attempt to exit the bay, it's a super tight turn exiting, due to vacuums in front of you. This really only applies if you driver a larger vehicle. They do offer a membership, check with them for full details. I would be interested as this sits between home and work for me, but the wash isn't that great and getting through the cone slalem sucks. read more

I am notorious for my filthy, stinky car (thanks CrossFit and a busy schedule...), so I decided that I needed a good deep cleaning BEFORE I get my car detailed so I'm not embarassed. They have a no-touch car wash, and a few bays where you can do it yourself; there's various hoses, a foaming car wash brush, an air drying hose, and a wax sprayer. You pay by the minute to use all of these to wash your own car. No need to soap up your driveway or buy everything yourself. There are vending machines with all sorts of car care products, vaccuums, air pumps, and even a carpet cleaning stall. After driving 1692.9 miles to deliver a new Subaru to someone the car desperately needed to be washed before handing over the keys. So I googled FULL SERVICE car washes and Water Works pulled up as the closest one. To me and pretty much everyone I know a full service car wash includes the inside . So anyway when I pulled up I explained what I was needing and asked the young man which wash should I purchase. He informed me they don't do the inside but they have vacuums in the back. I'm thinking how can this be full service but ok I guess I'll have to do that myself. I don't know if all car washes around here actually charge extra for vacuuming but I was shocked when I finished the wash and saw to use the vacuum was an extra $2. I have no clue how much time you get for that because when I asked where the towels were to dry the car so it doesn't get water spots (No, the FULL SERVICE wash doesn't include that either) I was told you have to buy them out of the machine!!!! So what do you actually get for $18???? Like I said I'm not from around here but if all car washes work like this y'all are getting ripped off!!! Back home you can get a monthly membership for $19.99 that includes the guys using a brush on the outside before going through the wash and free vacuums, towels, window cleaner, etc. If you pay $29.99 you even get them doing the inside as well for a full month as much as you want to go! I really like this place because they scrub your car down before you go into the wash. During the spring/summer with the pollen, you have to scrub down if you want that stuff off and just going through the car wash won't get it all off sometimes. Only down side is that they don't have anyone to dry off your car afterward. But...seeing that I drive a Hyundai Elantra and not some fancy/luxury car, I don't care. Last week I opted for the touch less car wash and I'm sorry I did. What a waste is $12.00. The car looked just like it did before I pulled in, just wet. Today, I figured I would try the self cleaning option. I pulled into the stall and began the ritual of rinse, soak, scrub and rinse. I swear, the water must be unfiltered recycled water because when I began to dry the car off, the waffle stitched microfiber towel was pulling dirt! I don't use the word "predatory" very often, but in my opinion, that's a great adjective to describe this business. You pull up and you pay via a machine. There are 3 options for different levels of service and the differences weren't particularly clear to me, so I default went with the highest level since the difference in price between the highest and bottom was like $8. The car wash is literally an automatic car wash like you would get at a gas station (which would charge like $5-10). The only difference is that there's a guy with a hose who removes the noticeable spots from the exterior of your car before going through the car wash. I was expecting people to actually come in and vacuum out my interior, but once you go through the automatic wash there are a bunch of stations on the other end where you have to vacuum or wash out your interior yourself. You feed the machines quarters and it's literally just about the same thing you would get at any gas station. To summarize: You can't ask questions to a person prior to paying to understand exactly what you're buying. Other than the guy who stands there with the hose, I didn't see another employee at this place. After you get through the wash you discover that you're the person cleaning out the interior of your car via a gas station quarter-fed vacuum. Had I been able to ask a cashier questions, I would have known that and gone else where. This is pretty much a gas-station car wash for triple the price. read more

It's no better or worse than an automated car wash at a gas station. The touchless "laser wash" got my car mostly clean, but not completely - I could still see some dirt and streaks immediately after leaving the car wash that it simply didn't get off. And they didn't dry my car at all afterwards so the car immediately started picking up new dust and dirt from the road the second I drove away. Bottom line: I was disappointed and probably wouldn't go back. One plus: if it's the first nice day after a snowstorm, the lines at gas station single car washes get pretty long, but this place has about 5-6 parallel wash bays - so I guess it would be quicker and save some time on really busy car wash days. read more

The automatic one where the guys are helping to scrub the car is the same price as the touchless and a lot better. Water Works was...disappointing. Maybe I have high expectations, but I'm not convinced that their best wash is any better than those chintzy car washes they have at gas stations. For starters, there is no option for any interior cleaning. They have coin-op vacuums at the exit, but isn't the point of paying someone to wash your car to have them wash the whole thing? Second, the guys who supposedly help scrub your car scrubbed about half of it, leaving several insect spots on my windshield. And finally, the dry option that costs $2 extra leaves your car still covered in water. Perhaps the self-wash options are better, but if you're looking for a traditional car wash where they actually wash your car for you, keep on driving. read more

Only did laser touchless wash and self vacuum. Undercarriage wash pressure is great. A little pricier than other places 14$(12& at Columbia Dollys Car wash) for the premium package (exterior only) vacuums are all self for the touchless and auto washes. Summary: *update after recent trip (Jan 2018)* Water pressure seems weak so it does more of a rinse than a cleaning compared to Dolly's. Still good a good place for a quick touch up though more pressure is needed to actually clean the exterior up. Leaves more water on car after blow dry compared to previously mentioned touchless location. So bring some towels to dry off completely. Vacuum pressure was good. read more
