Virginia Energy recently had to replace the power legs to my home from the pole due to age. In the process they accidently trenched through the well supply line to the house.
I called a local well company, and they came out, reviewed the issue and told me it was not worth their time to help me. They offered to drill a new well as a solution. So I called Water Solutions for a second opinion.
Bobby and his team came out within a few hours. It was nearly 100 degrees F outside, but they kept at it, digging until they found the damaged section of pipe and made the repair.
I cannot tell you how pleased we were getting the water restored to our home. The customer service was exceptional, and obviously they were determined to get our problem resolved. Super professional. Cannot recommend a better company for all of your water needs. read more
