Thinking we were contributing to a larger study on the water quality in our area, my boyfriend ran to the tap, filled up the kit, and passed it back to the "tech" at the door. Since then, at minimum 2-3 phone calls come in daily, no voicemail left. If you try to call back to find out why Hampton Roads Water is essentially ROBO-DIALING you, you will be sent to a VOIP answering service funhouse. Get real!! Essentially it's a strip-mall call center with 3 people behind the curtain and a few chuckleheads in the field. The calls come in from phone numbers with multiple VA area codes where they supposedly have locations. If you're not totally scammed into purchasing a bogus water filtration system for your house like others have, at the very least good luck trying to get taken off their call list. Once you answer that door or call, you're in a long term relationship with this company. It makes me really sad that some people have been taken for what sounds like a lot of money.
