They use texting as a main form of communication which is fine but contradict themselves in the treads regarding almost everything. As a renter I will be sure not to rent any properties in the future from these people and as a past home owner/future home owner I would never let them manage my properties. We did our due diligence before signing our lease and Jim Coble who represents the WHRI and lied to us and misrepresented the condo. The place had dog urine carpets, filthy a/c , fridge, washer ( not working) dryer, filthy patio and screen doors not working properly. It has be 1 month and the washer still is inoperatable. Not to mention the unsafe condition of the patio. The oven does not function properly and the fridge leaks. The owners have been contacted but resist paying for stuff to be repaired, we have had to pay for them ourselves. Our experience with Todd and Welcome Home Realty has been a negative one and would not recommend them to anyone. Be sure to inquire as to who will be managing the property, as we were led to believe it was property management not the out of town owners.

Our choice was within an Association which meant at least a month long review for"tenant approval" in which she expedited as we had 10 days to make our move. She also negotiated an earlier date to get in with our Landlord. Our lease was clear on who pays for what - so when something broke in the home, we knew to contact the Landlord, as it was indicated in the Lease, and it was handled. We have renewed our lease for the 3rd time - love seeing Julie (as she has become more of a friend & is simply delightful) every year and so thankful for our rental & landlord!

Sure they could have sold it a lot sooner but I would have lost a TON of $$$$$$!
