The entire time we were there, at least 3/4 hours, the manager starred at me and sent her teenage employees to stalk me from around the corners. I get it, I was waiting on my friend for a very long time. Keep in mind my friend and I together spent $500... the entire staff was apart of some team that the manager is the coach of - I have never had a more uncomfortable experience. The manager needs fired, bigger set woman with dark hair. And all the bleach blondes working under her need better parenting, when I tell you it's like being back in high school when you walk in. I asked the manager and a couple girls for their opinion on something and they all just looked at me confused and said they didn't know - you work at an apparel shop - if a customer is asking for your opinion slap that customer service face on and get in there! I've been a manager in retail for years which these idiots did not know, but I'll never be back. I've gone to this store every year since I was 8 years old, I'm 25 now. The most expensive item I bought also fell apart on the drive home - threads just fell out of that cheap made piece of crap. Don't support this business, it's an overpriced bust. Owner needs to overturn his staff. 0 stars.

This damn store is both and like another shopper said, if I don't get in there a couple of times a month, I start going into withdrawals. Although there is a great selection of shoes, purses, clothes and fancy foods and condiments, what makes this store stand out is the AMAZING selection of things for your home. From furniture to rugs, from chotskys to bath towels, to sheets, to pillows, to wall hangings to one of a kind pastas, sauces and vinegars...random right? Well, know this...if you see something you like, PICK IT UP AND BUY IT! If you make the mistake of thinking that you want to think about it and will back next week to buy it, it will be gone. Especially in the summer when all the tourists are here. The shelves are packed, so packed I'm often a little scared to pick something up because I don't want to disturb anything else. Unlike Ross, that usually only has a few things of each item on a shelf (if you're lucky) this place is jam packed...but again, if you like it, you better pick it up. The restrooms are very clean and the staff, while not overly friendly, they are helpful. When the line gets long at the register, they will quickly call for back up. The prices here are UNTOUCHABLE by any other retail store, I would never buy a gift for anyone without coming here first.
