My appointments were rescheduled six different times, which made things difficult to coordinate. When the work was finally completed, it was unfortunately left incomplete, and the water softener system itself stopped working after about a year. Recently I tried reaching out simply to see if someone could stop by to look at the issue. I called multiple times and did not receive an answer or a call back. When I finally did get through, the call was ended abruptly, and shortly after it appeared that my number had been blocked, which made it impossible to continue trying to resolve the issue. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of disappointment. As a customer who paid for the service, I hoped for communication and a willingness to stand behind the work that was done. I sincerely hope the company improves how it handles customer concerns in the future, because good communication and accountability go a long way in building trust with people.

HWS came and gave me a quote and as soon as I had my garage area cleared I called and set up an install date. On the day of installation the crew was on time and worked very efficiently to complete my install. Once completed they went over the unit and use. It has been a few weeks since the install and I am so happy! The system works as promised and I really love having the better water. It tastes so much better than straight out of the tap. After being in this home just a few months I had already started noticing the buildup of calcium/lime around the faucets and having to use more soap than I used to when I had the system in my previous home. My skin is getting back to what it was before, so soft. If you are thinking about a water softner system you can't do better than HWS. Ihave a Brita unit (one of the best names in the business) and the price was amazing. I had others wanting to sell me a softner system but they wanted to charge double and one triple of the cost from HWS. Best decision you can make, I swear by the system for over 30 years and forward with my new system.

Got a 3:00 PM arrival time and at 3:00, 3 gentlemen appeared in 2 very professional looking trucks and I watched them do what I could not, program this unit and now it works! Took them maybe 20 minutes but 3 experts and the overhead to get here was not cheap. They are quick to do a demonstration and then have you put down your information without asking you if you are interested in the product! They make you feel as though you are getting a great deal till there asking you for personal information and trying to get you a loan for there product they don't even require proof of income! Which is why this is sketchy how would you know if you can make the monthly payments and is it's a fixed rate. I would say be careful with these people they are very tricky.
