Bottom line: I wouldn't trust them unless I saw the watch myself as their listing practices are sketchy/dishonest. They canceled two sales in a row. Both times they told eBay I'd asked to cancel. I hadn't. Then they told me there was a "defect" and they needed to cancel (this was clearly untrue). I do t know why they didn't just admit to me they didn't have the watch any more - perhaps it has to do with eBay reputation. But their dishonesty cost me a lot of time and hassle that could have been avoided. I'm not out any money, just really annoyed.

I would recommend Klein Jewelers to anyone without reservation!

I had seen G&G…read moreTimepieces and their watches for sale on Instagram, Chrono24, and other online platforms for the past 2 years. I finally reached out to them about one month ago, and they were responsive and helpful with my questions. I was interested in a 15202ba, 15407st, 15305st, and 16202ba. I thought they would get tired of my questions without me actually purchasing a watch from them, but they were still quick to reply and help. When I was finally ready to move forward, they gave me a fair trade in value for 2 of my watches for the 16202ba that I wanted to buy. The trade deal was completed quickly with insured and next day shipping. I'm leaving this review to let other people know that Garrett made the buying process easy and smooth, especially when you are purchasing from out of state.

I prepaid for the watch on August 31, and on September 19 Lyanni contacted me to let me know that my watch had arrived. I picked it up the following day. From my first visit, both sales associates at the boutique were extremely professional, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. I especially want to recognize Lyanni, who assisted me throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and when I picked up the watch she took her time explaining different things about it and adjusting the Milanese bracelet until I was completely happy with the fit. At no point did I feel rushed. This was a watch I had been trying to get for quite some time, so finally receiving it was already exciting, but the experience at the boutique made it even better. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant buying experience. If you are looking for a Longines watch in South Florida, I can highly recommend visiting the Longines Boutique at Aventura Mall--and ask for Lyanni!

By Wednesday morning the watch totally stopped. I went back to the store and asked to return the watch as it was broken before I even purchased it. The store kindly refused, and offered to repair it. After a long discussion the store offered to replace it, but did refuse a return stating "policies". I contacted the corporate customer service via email on 11/7/2024, and I have not even received an acknowledgement that they received the email. So much for customer service. I am very disappointed about the brand and the way high paying customers are treated. 1. Greed comes before customer satisfaction. 2. Money is everything. The brand comes second. 3. The corporate website praises "Customer satisfaction". Given my experience this is a farce. 4. I lost trust in the brand and their employees. Now I am stuck with a watch, I cannot respect or enjoy. I am writing this to warn others to to lose their money. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING. THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE IS FAR BELOW A LUXURY BRAND.

Disappointing Experience - Be Aware of Long Wait Times and Cancellation Policy…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Izakov Fine Jewelry. I placed an order for a $570 pendant on August 23, 2026, and after more than two weeks, my order still showed as UNFULFILLED with no shipping information. When I contacted the company, I was told that the item was "Made to Order" and that the estimated delivery timeframe could be from September 15 through October. I was also told that cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. I understand that handmade or made-to-order jewelry requires production time. However, I believe customers should be made fully aware of the expected wait time and cancellation policy before spending $570. I was very surprised to learn after contacting customer service that I might have to wait until October for an item I already paid for in full. I asked the company to provide proof of exactly what production timeframe and cancellation terms were displayed when I placed my order. Based on my personal experience, I recommend that potential customers carefully review all production times, delivery estimates, and cancellation policies before placing an order. For such an expensive purchase, customers should know exactly what to expect before their payment is processed. I will update this review based on how the company resolves my refund request.
