This man had my watch for 4 months. I received a text saying my repair was ready just to arrive and be told "It will be $90 to order the movement" REALLY!? He took my watch in the back to undo whatever "repair" he'd completed and informs me once again that I'd receive a text when it's ready for pick up... it's been 3 MORE WEEKS and I still do not gave my watch. Watch & Jewelry Repair . I utilized this watch repair shop for a new battery in my citizen watch. I came to this place on the recommendation of a friend. It's located in the Orange Park Mall close to the movie theater section of the mall. The store had a plethora of different style watches and jewelry. Upon walking in I asked the clerk at the counter if they had any batteries to repair my watch and they replied they did, but it was going to be $25 and 20 minutes to change. I said OK and went along with it but after the fact $25 is quite expensive for one watch battery when you can do it yourself for half the cost. **Overall nothing to complain about other than the expensive cost of the battery. read more

Back in February, I went to this store and only wanted a pin replaced for my watch, but the sales guy told me to purchase a new band and he would throw in the pin and replacement fee free of charge. He would only charge for the band. He told me to come back in 30 min. When I came back someone else gave me my watch and charged me for the band, the pin and labor. Highly unprofessional! I had my watch repaired and when the crown fell out they blamed me.... Then, one estimate was $45.. And the second estimate was $85-115... Poor workmanship to say the least, and the attitude that they don't need your business, is my personal opinion. read more

When I took my watched in to be cleaned, the owner cut the coil, before cleaning the watch. Instead of telling me the truth, the owner asked what I had done to stop the watch from working. When I took it to a reputable dealer I was told that metallic putty had been put on the mistake they made. It worked long enough for me to pay and leave the shop. Don' t trust this man with your merchandise or your money. He'll smile at you while he lies to your face. read more

I went to this store to get a new watch as a gift for my wife. They didn't have what I was looking for but found a nice watch that I thought she would like. As it was a gift, I asked the sales lady if my wife didn't like it, could I bring it back? I was told "yes". I took it home and found my wife couldn't read the dial because of her sight problems. I immediately took it back (about 3 hours later). I was told I could only get a store credit and the company would never give me a refund. They went on to say that I could pick any other watch. I had already gone through this exercise and they didn't have a digital watch that didn't have the same problem of being hard to read by an older person. They refused to do any more and said I wasn't being honest with them as their employees would advise everyone that no refunds would happen. So, in 3 hours I learned that I was a liar and a fool for shopping with people who have no interest in customers once the sale is completed.
