They had them for over 5 months - a job that I was told would take 3-4 weeks. Months of waiting while the guns were "the next one in the booth." Yes, I talked with many people at the store including the operations director - same story, "This isn't the way we do things here. We'll get to the bottom of it." Did they? No. Custom shop doesn't answer the phone when you call. Go to the shop in person on your day off? Tough luck, Custom shop doesn't work weekends and can't be reached by anyone at the range. Finally I took my guns elsewhere. Now I see them posting pictures of Cerakote Xbox controllers and other fancy work on Insta and I realized that they can get work done on a schedule - but only if you are one of the customers they approve of. I feel that if you inform them that you are an active police officer or prior active duty military you'd get better attention than keeping it to yourself.

Turnaround was 19 days but a lot of that time was because I chose to use USPS to mail the slide to them. They shipped it back to me FedEx which was a much quicker shipping method. I got a great deal on the milling job with their March special they ran. I took the gun to the range and the sight zeroed with just a minor adjustment to windage. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend using them for any custom work to be done on your Glock. The process was easy to set up and they kept me well informed. 5 stars!

We were informed about the laws and regulations of the concealed weapons permit, talked about different scenarios and how to handle them in the most safe and effective manner, not only to save lives, but to avoid putting yourself at a huge risk of criminal and civil liability. The class was educational and enjoyable. We covered a lot of material in a short period of time, but I didn't feel like I was bombarded with information. The mood in the classroom is serious but with some humor. I did not feel bored or disinterested during the entire class. Dennis gave each of the applicants individual instruction along the way and again wherever needed. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I learned a lot about guns and proper shooting form today! I feel much more confident now and am looking forward to coming back to the range for more advanced classes... All of his advice was spot on and he then took the time to explain grip, stance, safety, and answer the multitude of questions I had. He even took the time to let me practice with dummy rounds so I was comfortable reloading and knew how everything worked. At no point did anyone make me feel bad about being a beginner - despite there being other customers who clearly were much more advanced than me. The rentals are also very noticeably well maintained. Since this was my first time shooting at a range and I didn't feel comfortable being alone, he incredibly kindly contributed his time to come in to the lanes with me and make sure I was comfortable, doing everything right/safely, and answer further questions. I can't begin to express my gratitude for Wes spending so much of his time to make this experience once I thoroughly enjoyed. I learned so much and I can't wait to come back! I would go out of my way to come back to this place specifically - it's worth it. And that's exactly what I did. I went to the class, took notes, took the test, fired a glock 17 and now I am officially a gun carrier. Heard the shooting range had a fire, but I'm sure it's all going to be rebuilt and classes are still going on. They have good inventory and prices on guns and ammunition.
