Matthew Reed, owner of WatchDog Inspectors and I am a husband and father to a wonderful family. I am a Certified Professional Inspector ® a member of Internachi which has high standards of practice and code of ethics that every Internachi member must adhere to. I have worked in in the plumbing and HVAC field, Built and Renovated Homes, Worked doing building Maintenance and repairs. I am a home owner with the knowledge and know how to guide you though the home inspection process. My goal as an inspector is to educate you about your home, or potential home and help you make smart and confident decisions. Every home requires maintenance, and I am dedicated to helping you identify defects, big and small that require your attention, to help you be aware of current problems and to prevent future ones.
