This was a very disappointing visit. My wife and I walked in for the first time and noticed a handful of maybe 5 to 6 young males standing in a group in the back, looking and taking pictures of watches. Not a big deal except that we were ignored the whole time we were there. Not once were we greeted, asked if we needed assistance, or were interested in looking at anything. No one even looked at us the whole time we were there and we were there for at least 10 to 15 minutes. We were completely ghosted by these people. I get better treatment by my 20-something daughter. I literally walked around the whole shop, looked at every watch and was never noticed. I EVEN had to walk through the middle of these guys and got the feeling that they were more annoyed by my presence than willing to see if I was interested in buying anything. I'm a watch guy. I collect watches. The Omega NTTD is on my list, and they had one. One of my collector buddies is looking for a Silver Snoopy, and they had one. I have everything from Timex to Rolex. My AD is Brown & Company where I've purchased in the tens of thousands of dollars worth of watches over the years. Watch Your Wrist should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There are a dozen very good and reputable secondary market watch websites that I will go to long before I ever step foot in this place. You lost a verified collector WYW, along with the rest of my collector crew. Terrible experience. With the level of "customer service" your employees provided, neglected to provide, I honestly don't see you staying in business for very long. read more
