Watch purchase of Beyond Media gave us hope of getting the internet service speeds that we got promised as per our contract. Our internet speed is supposed to be 20 Mbps and they promise we will be getting 80% of the 20 Mbps. Customers for Watch must have low expectations and are not worthy of getting the service that they pay to receive. I made a call to Watch support over our internet speeds and the technician which I spoke to snubbed me and treated me like an idiot. I will add the speed test that I took and let everyone marvel at the 20 Mbps that we are not receiving. Everyone drop your providers and join Watch for substandard service at a premium cost.

Day 29 of no internet from Watch…read more They finally set a technician out to fix it today. Who did some stuff and left without it being fixed. Called to ask about it more than an hour before their tech support line closes because we hadn't heard anything back from them by the end of business today and we've been on hold for 45 mins. I'mma assume no ones going to pick up and they're just going to leave us on hold until tech support line closes. Which is pretty par for the course in how we've been treated so far. We're probably going to cancel but our apt has given them a monopoly so our only other options are sh!tty mobile internet. But hey, at least thats better than no connection!

Grass is up to 8 feet tall at the sites they own because they can't even afford to get it cut. They fired my buddy who worked here with me for 4 years to save 50 cents. He had just had a newborn and they fired him a week before Christmas and kept this 21 year old moron. They do not care at all. Get a different provider because these guys will not last another year. I will be leaving soon and have a job lined up so I no longer care. When I leave they will be devastated. EVEN IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES THEY RESPOND TO AFTER 3 WEEKS OF CALLING AND SHOWING UP TO THE OFFICE ON ELM STREET IN LIMA THE INTERNET ITSELF IS STILL ABSOLUTELY TRASH

I was completely unfamiliar with the area and I was very surprised to find out my cable company/internet service provider Comcast/Xfinity did not service the area. I have had many problems over the years with Comcast, including one on my way out of Miami which I will detail in a later review, but I did like the product they provided. I did not know what companies serviced the area so I called AT&T and found out that although they did not have their service their either, Directv, one of their subsidiaries did. I wasn't thrilled about going to satellite but I said well when in Rome, do as the Romans do. I signed up with a package with them. I also wanted internet, phone and security and they said I needed to work with a different company they are affiliated with in the area: Centurylink. I got a package and I was told they would be at my home on a certain day after my move. Thus began a comedy of errors that made me terminate my contract with both companies. During this time both: 1) put down the wrong dates to start service. 2) create a work order to repair my existing service, when it wasn't even installed in the first place. I was actually told by the repairman who was mistakenly sent to my house that he doesn't know how this could have been screwed up this bad! 3) getting my order wrong I had to make so many phone calls, including in the middle of a work conference I was attending! Every time my mother called me to say hey we have another problem with the cable/internet companies I wanted to jot my head against the wall in frustration. I was losing my patience and then one call again during the conference, my mother said that the installer for the internet service said that we would have ridiculously slow speed because they relied on DSL for service in my area and we were really far away from the downtown area where if we watched YouTube on one computer no other computer could use the internet! Wait!? What!? I was already unhappy with switching to satellite for tv but DSL? What am I back in the 90s? I can't use this, I work from home occasionally and so does my brother... this can't work! I wasn't told anything about this. I stopped the installation and canceled. Thankfully since service wasn't set up I didn't break the contract, it just never happened. Yeah no thanks!

They said they would send me labels so I could return the equipment within 30 days or I would get charged $90.
