Verizon responded and refunded the extra money I was charged. Glad the company made the adjustment, appreciate the follow through

They have no idea how to even fix a phone. Please do not go here. This place needs to be shut down…read moreafter refusing to fix my cellular data that they had messed up themselves. When I went back to try and have them solve the issue they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is just wrong of them. Please NEVER go here no matter what. This place is a scam

My fiancé, at the time, and I went to this little Cell Fix booth in the middle of the mall. I don't…read moreknow the guys name who had "helped" us out but he was young and short. The young man speaks with a thick accent and we can just understand him enough for him to make a sale. We go through the details of how my fiancé's screen was cracked and he needs a new one. The man tells us the screen will cost $400 and some odd tax. He begins to write down the information which will be our "receipt" on a piece of blank white printer paper. Since we will not be able to keep the receipt we both take a photo of the piece of paper. The young man starts to laugh and says, "Oh yes. Hahaha take a picture yes. Hahahah!" We Just smile and my fiancé pays him partial payment. As we start to walk away the young man yells to me. "Hey! Where are you from!??" I get asked this question a lot. I've had people guess I'm "Texan" (if that's even a race), Mexican, black.... you get it. So i tell him I'm Chinese. He laughs even louder and points at both of us saying, "I've never seen a couple like you!!" As he continues to point and laugh. Later that week my fiancé goes back on his own and gets the screen fixed and pays the rest of the payment. Fast forward to 4mo later. My husbands screen is popping off. Not cracked. Just. Popping off the frame. We go back. The young man is there with another worker this time. We talk to the same young man and tell him we had him fix the screen 4mo ago and now it's popping off already. The young man looks at us and laughs saying "Oh no. It is your fault. You probably dropped it." Small talk for a minute. Then he points to an old hand written sign on note book paper behind the register that says "Return policy 7 days." And that was our experience with Cell Fix.

When we switch from cricket to at&t we were told that we could get a deal amd give us 3 lines for…read more110.00 dollars. And were told that our phone would cost like 11 to 13 dollars each and protective coverage be under 10 dollars for each. After a few bills our bill was over 200 hundred some dollars. When i went to ask about our bill why it was so high and how come we did not get the deal then they turn around said we wont get the deal because we switch from cricket. Then my daughter broke her phone and we called the insurance dept. That handles broken cell phone from at&t we got my daughters phone replaced we got an email from at&t that they never recived my daughters phone and when my wife called them they said yes we did find and then offer my wife to by two tablets for 27 cents each. My wife was getting sick of the lies so last night we switch wireless providers. They try to give us the wrong transfer pin. Then when we looked at the bills my wife was paying over 20 dollars for her phone when they told us it would be 11 dollars for my wife phone. Now they are saying we owe 145.00 dollars for the tablets when they told we can by them for under a dollar. I dont recommend to go to at&t
