Technicians arrived promptly in the morning after announcing they were on the way. The old unit was replaced and hauled away before noon. I got a standard 40 gal water heater and I believe the quality is better than the contractor special that I just replaced. I believe that I got good value for the money, even though it wasn't a cheap water heater.
