When he left I really…read morethought he did good job and was extremely pleased with his thoroughness, knowledge of my system and professionalism. I didn't realize how great of a job he did until I had to use someone else after the flood who was no where near as thorough and good as Bracy's! Pretty sure had Bracy's been who came out after flood I would not be having problems and needing sewer service again so soon. But luckily when I had problem this time Bracy's was able to come out and get us taken care of and was just as thorough and great as I remembered! I wouldn't trust anyone else like Bracy's on my septic system.

Bracys came out and fixed the issues for us on two separate occasions. Their customer service was exceptional, their workmanship was up to par, they sent pictures to confirm the work was done, had prompt and professional communication and both times got out to our property within 24 hours. I called them out to do a repair on the master bathroom toilet. It took them two days to figure out…read morewhat was wrong when they did they had to redo some plumbing to the septic system in the process of doing that they removed an 1 1/2 line to my aerator system. This is a rental property, so I didn't notice that it was removed for several months. It took me over a week and a half of constantly leaving messages for their office manager Todd to actually return my phone calls. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I'm guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged the aerator that's been installed for the past 7 years.

If you have a true emergency don't call this company. They never called me back or come out.read more
