Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I have to call EVERY week to ask why my dumpster wasn't emptied AGAIN. I always call in on Fridays to give them another day to catch up on their routes. They always have excuses week after week as to why it's not been done. This week the drivers all went home so now I have to wait until Monday to hear what they can do to resolve this. NEVER on time. I have used WasteTech for weekly pick up for several years now. They are very reliable. I have also used them for a temporary dumpster. Quick delivery and pick up. Unfortunately, they no longer offer the small dumpster, which I used to use when having a large family clamboil and lobster (100+ visitors). I definitely recommend them for local services. read more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Have had them for several years and I can't tell you how many times I have had to call because they did not show and then try and get them to come after not showing is even worse. The driver is super aggressive when he drives in the driveway and please don't have any extra in the dumpster after they don't pick it up because they will just drop it in your driveway. Then when you call to cancel the service they act insulted and become passive aggressive. Horrible!!! They placed the dumpster practically in Winthrop St. so I when the 18 wheelers drive by doing 80 it would blow the covers open and out with it all the trash! NOT to mention how unsafe it was to place it there in the first place. After calling 5 times and asking them to move it into the large driveway that we had and having them NOT do it! I called and demanded that remove it! They then showed up and blocked my driveway while the driver got out and took pictures all around the dumpster of what I have no idea. While knowing someone (my daughters therapist) was trying to leave and HE WOULDN'T move his truck until I went down there and started screaming for him to move it! Worst service ever! From EVERY person that's associated with that company! And I have the entire thing with the driver not moving his truck on my security cameras! read more

Waste Tech is the worst dumpster company ever. They have missed scheduled pickups and when we call they tell us theres nothing they can do. The truck drivers are aggressive and their trucks leak oil on our driveway. read more

I have rented several dumpsters from this company at this point and had been fairly satisfied. However the last 2 times I have rented I have had a dumpster show up with trash already in it.. I called and let the company know and they did give me a credit. Today I recieved a "courtesy call" to let me know my dumpster had gone overweight... I asked how the dumpsters were weighed and when as mine had been picked up a week prior. At this point the woman became incredibly rude sarcastically told me to have a great day and hung up on me.. I have spent thousands at this point with this company and still need another dumpster unfortunately for them I will be bringing my business elsewhere and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Where to begin. I've been with waste tech for a couple of years. I've paid for my services in advance. I use the service for my rental unit. Over the past years there have been SEVERAL instances where they did not pick up the trash on the scheduled day. They stated that there was a car in the driveway so they couldn't get to it. I asked them to please call me and I would get the cars out or at least make the attempt. Every time I called they said no problem we will have the driver call you. Never happened. On several occasions I was at the property and they simply never showed up. When I called they said they did and took the trash. Meanwhile I was looking at the trash bin full of trash. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told the owner would call me back. Never happened. I finally called and asked that they just pick up the container. They never came to pick up the trash but emptied the entire container in my driveway. Seriously, it took more effort to empty the trash in the driveway than just take the trash. I've read about some of the vindictive behaviors of this company but didn't think a company could be so childish. Good news is that we won't be using them again and hope that this review helps someone else avoid this happening to them also. read more

Horrible horrible business. The owner had not a clue what to do when I needed a dumpster rental. Finally 6 days later it got arranged. I got the dumpster, had the work done on my house. I called for them to remove the dumpster, another 6 days later they show up to pick it up without ever confirming to pick it up. They took the $250 for the dumpster in October, suddenly in December they are threaten that additional money is owed without every communicating. I moved into my new home and called waste tech for their 10 yard dumpster. My drive way is long and can fit one vehicle back to back. When the dumpster was removed, I noticed my plants look like they'd been run over and there was a huge hole where the dumpster had been. I called and was transferred to the manager who's name is Teresa. She was so rude, disrespectful and condescending. She asked me if I had proof, how do I know it wasn't UPS and told me there was no way her driver of 20 years did that. After that -she literally hung up on me. I was in shock. She barely gave me a chance to speak after I told her what I noticed after arriving home. I literally moved in the week before and had a walk through prior to the dumpster being there. My plants were not ran over and there was no hole in my driveway. She tried to say how do I know it wasn't a postal service or UPS? I told her because it wouldn't FIT unless it was a motorcycle. I am not pleased at all with the services I received and paid $325 for this 10 yard dumpster to be disrespected in this way. DO NOT USE WASTE TECH DISPOSAL! they will destroy your property and will not even acknowledge it could've been their drivers. They are unprofessional, convrentational, and not willing to satisfy the customer. I booked through book a dumpster to have a dumpster dropped off Sat, July 13. They show up Fri, July 12. I was not ready or expecting them. When I come out to tell the driver (who I later find out is the owner) about where I want the dumpster placed, he refuses to place it in my driveway. I tried to compramise but he was not willing to budge. He says the he would not be able to get the truck out of my driveway after dropping the dumpster. I find that hard to believe because FIRETRUCKS have turned around in my driveway. After arguing with him and the office, the dumpster was placed in the road at the end of my driveway. This is after he told me I should find another company. After telling me that, he puts the dumpster back on the truck and leaves. read more

When a customer attempted to end service with them because they were adding excessive charges to their bill they literally dumped all of their trash across the front lawn. Totally agree. Worst Company Ever! Just attempted to cancel service with the owner who got extremely upset with me. Hollard at me over the phone stating I am the ONLY customer out of him 4,000 customers who has ever complained. I find that extremely hard to believe. And to top it all off his dumpster driver almost ran my husband off the road a few different occasions. I would normally never complain about a driver but this is outragious, Way to run a business, yelling at customers. This is literally the most horrible, unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. My husband and I just came home to our trash literally dumped upside down on our neighbors yard because waste tech thought it was their trash and they no longer use waste tech, when in fact it was ours, and we are supposed to be able to leave extra barrels fully knowing we would be charged for it. But instead it was DUMPED out. What's even better is when we called to ask about it, the girl on the phone told us that her manager actually TOLD the driver to dump it. She then proceeded to yell at me, and hang up on me. My husband and I are completely and utterly disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this company. If there were any question on whose trash it was, we should have been contacted. But to purposely dump it upside down, unbelievable. There is NEVER a reason to dump trash in someone's yard. EVER. They say they don't charge for recycling and it is a courteous service. In two years of service I have only actually seen their truck once and my kids pointed out that they were dumping the recycling with the trash. Why do we spend so much time separating it then? I don't know if this is their typical practice or if a truck was broken that day but I was rather disappointed! I am glad you responded to my previous review as I have been wanting to update it for a while. Overall I am happy with the service provided. I was at McDonald's getting a coffee, when I was almost hit by a WasteTech truck that was driving the wrong way past a do not enter section. The driver came in the side entrance where a large sign is posted for trucks to use the other entrance. He proceeded straight through a DO NOT ENTER sign and pulled around the building (against drive thru traffic) to park. The dumpster is on the other side of the building so he had to be there to eat. I called to lodge a complaint against the driver and I spoke to someone who claimed to be the owner. He didn't care. He told me sometimes the drivers have to go in the wrong entrance and did I drive a truck. When I told him Yes, I have driven a box truck he replied that his trucks were bigger than my truck. I hung up on him. He proceeded to call me back to yell at me, so I hung up. He called me again to tell me our conversation was recorded. (illegal, I believe) So I told him he would read all about my side of the story in the local paper. read more

Extremely impressed with the service and also the price. I feel they CARE the customers. Live in MA and did a research on the web. Eventually I narrowed the candidate list to 3 companies. Waste tech disposal's price for small to medium size dumpsters is one of the best, and the web price for mid to large dumpster is way better than others. However, I am most impressed with their service. Very accessible, and delivered and picked up promptly. I have heard stories that some other firms promised to pick up but didn't do it for many days. Waste tech is on the other side; professional, efficient but also with a personal touch as a family business. read more
