Rinsing part is horrible!! My car came with bubbles on it all the time and hard to clean after gets dry in the summers time .

I don't often leave negative reviews, but I've given this wash 3 tries. I will say, the employees are kind and the process seems to go smoothly, but the wash is not good or thorough. I pay 20 dollars for the highest level wash and each time I have to hand wash stuff when I get home. My car is not exceptionally dirty at all. I wash it weekly, and drive into the city 4 times a week and don't park under trees, but it never cleans what cheaper car washes easily will. You're in the car wash for about 45-60 seconds. And then it leaves blue and pink residue on your car that wasn't fully washed off, that you have to remove by hand.... Just left, and headed to the Home Depot car wash to get this blue and pink gunk off. read more

This place has some nice things provided free like vacuums, mat washing, towels, and dash wipes, but the wash itself is just average.

This place is unreal! Beautiful building, gorgeous tunnel and wonderful staff. Instead of having to steer your left front tire into a metal guide, they have flat conveyor belts. Too cool! I've never used vacuums this strong and they have complimentary window cleaner and microfiber towels in the vacuum area. Washtopia is on another level. Best car wash I've ever seen. read more

Got my car washed tonight and got the$20 "Amazing" wash. It was obviously pretty dirty and needed a scrubbing. The cashier was super nice. When I drive through there was no scrubbing. Once I got through I saw the car was still really dirty. I asked the cashier to go through again. She was very pleasant and let me right through. One the second attempt. Still no scrubbing. All said and done, still super dirty and far from "Amazing". A little effort by picking up the brush could have solved this. The only reason this isn't a 1star is because of the cashier being so pleasant. This is right next to my house so I would love to make this a regular visit but for $20, def not worth it. read more

I don't understand the bad rep for this place. It is a DRIVE thru wash that you pay $12+ for. If you went to an auto car detailer, it would have cost $150+. So if you're lazy and don't want to wash your own car with your own hands and hard labor.... don't complain about a machine service! I also do not understand why people complain about the customer service! They are friendly and nice, and explains things when I had questions while buying the wash, and before going into the tunnel. My puppy even got a jumbo dog treat! A+ for customer service! My car was spic and span clean after driving through this place, I have the VIP deal so I can come when I want and its unlimited. Their machines are soft brush/jet/spinny thingies and it did not damage my car at all! On top of that, it got all my bird poop off from when I mistakenly parked under a tree! Sure, parts of my mirror (on the paint side) was missed, but if the machine had gotten any closer, ummmmmm it would have taken my mirror off! But guess what, thats what the microfiber towel & some cleaner fluid can take care of. Sometimes things (and people) don't bend or get to all the right spots if you know what I mean. Don't expect so much for 100% ZERO work! I am definitely thankful for this place & its services. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks ya'll! read more

This place is a little out of my way but worth the trip every time. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help. I have seen them go help folks vacuum and wipe down their car. It's self serve but you leave feeling that they took care of you. I really like the window cleaner and towels provided along with the car mat shampoo machine- awesome for after a weekend camping or beach trip. I pay for and have paid for the amazing plus wash since they opened. at first it was great but over the last 8 months I slowly started not getting the wash I paid for. The attendant sometimes would hit a button to give me the wash but mostly I was told to drive back through. even then sometimes I wouldn't get the wash I was supposed to. last week 2 times I got the basic wash and was told go back through but I don't have time for that since I work nights and 12 hours. This week 3 times I got the basic wash and I said I've had it and asked to cancel. Did not even try to save a long time customer just said they were sorry and I'll cancel you. These people have stolen from me and in my eyes are crooks. ohhhhh, I forgot to mention I service their trash weekly.....glad I give them better service than they gave me. read more

Customer service at this place is A1! I have a VIP membership and come at least once a week. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Vacuums, microfiber towels, tire shine, and glass cleaner always free with each wash. Tokens available for the matt shampooing machine (works wonders!). Washtopia has some good features, but the wash itself isn't great. What's really frustrating is how unreliable they are. After the first two winter storms in Nashville this year, they were closed for maintenance. When I am paying for a subscription, it would be nice to be able to wash the salt and other winter mess off of my car. That's really when I need the services the most. read more

This place is always closed when I actually have the time to wash my car. When you do get time to use it, it may be closed when they are advertised as open. The last straw is the general stupidity or overt rudeness of their staff. Embarrassing to their paying customers, especially with children in the car that are frightened by their employees behavior. Anyone else in hermitage area have problems with washtopia? Well I had a membership with them back in 2020 until their wash broke my caddilac third brake light. So then I canceled my membership. Or so I thought. Fast-forward a year and noticed I was still getting charged. Called again and was told it was canceled. Fast forward till today and then noticed I've been being charged monthly since then. I call and ask again why I've been being charged when non of my family cars have been going there and that I already asked to cancel and was informed they can't do anything at the store about it and that I have to try to go through corporate and fight then about it. So now that I'm hundreds of dollars in with them and now I gotta jump through hoops to get my hard earned money back. Rediculous and I will never ever be one of thier customers ever again. All in all just curious if anyone else has went through this crap before with them? read more

I agree with the below post by another fellow Yelp reviewer. I was fascinated by the way that the car wash looks. It is a futuristic design to say the least. My car was quite dirty and needed a car wash asap. I paid for the car wash and the service was great. The agents working were able to help out as it was my 1st time there. They recommended which wash would be the best and they also mentioned the FREE vacuums to clean the car after a car wash. All in all, the car came out looking brand new and the interior looks amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Donelson/Hermitage area and definitely check it out. Good car wash friendly people there but! I have a brand new challenger and never washed it anywhere else but from here and now I have marks on my new black car and they won't take care of it. Because they are trying to say it was on the car before I came there ??? It's a new car people! They will take your money but won't help you when there machines mark up your car!!! Their car wash damaged the whole right side of our two week old Lexus RX 450. Scratches all down the side. Response back: Their brushes couldn't have done this because they would be in a specific pattern. They offered $200 to buff out scratches. Scratches can't be buffed out. This place does the job, a-okay. It definitely isn't what you would expect from a hand wash carwash (which is next to impossible to find in Nashville), but it gets the dust off and does an alright job of cleaning the tires. They do offer free vacuuming, and window cleaner, with towels. Next time my car needs a quick wash, I will pop on over. read more

At first, I thought this place was great. The location was great and was fast and easy. Turns out, they are horrible. I got the top tier membership and went 1-3 times per week. I'm not sure what they did with the machine, but my car would still have purple spots all over the car. It wasn't like this at first. My SUV is white. If you have a dark car, maybe this isn't an issue, but it is all over my car. I would still have them, even if I took the time to towel dry it. I stopped and asked about this last week, and they said they had made adjustments. Well, I couldn't tell the difference. I went back one more time, on Monday of this week, and still no more improvement, so I asked them to cancel it. I ended up with 3 different guys to get this done, they took forever. I asked if I would get credit for the month I just paid for. A guy took my name and number and said a manager would call me the next day. It has now been 3 days, no call, no credit. I'm not truly sure it's been canceled. This place is a great concept but poorly executed. I'm going to try Mister Car Wash now, even though it is a little out of the way. read more

For a conveyer belt car wash, I think this place is great. There are a lot of wash options specific to your preference and budget. When you pull around to the entrance, there is always someone there to instruct you through. After the wash, there are also really great free vacuums and window cleaner. Definitely not a detail wash, but really great for keeping the dust and dirt off of your paint. read more

The vacuum was so effective that it literally sucked my wireless ear buds off my console, which, Mike, the manager so kindly retrieved for me - through all of the muck already in the system - couldn't ask for better on-site service! I tried the place first for a (Basic) car wash & I was pleasantly surprised. I returned about a week later & actually decided to join the monthly car wash program & so far so good. I've visited several other (automatic) car washes & many of the others basically scratch or beat the crap out of my paint's finish---not here. They seem to be a state of the art, relatively new facility. Since joining about 2 weeks ago, I've probably washed my car 7 or 8 times in the 2 week period & it does a pretty good job for the price. I like that my car is flat on a platform style track & it's being pulled through on the flat platform -not dragged by the wheels as with most of the competitor car washes. The also offer free Vacuums & Dash Wipes, to clean your dashboard, which is a nice touch. Recommended. :-) read more

"Still working out the kinks". This is what I was told when my car, near the end of the wash, starts going backwards and almost hits the car behind me. The vacuums could use a bit more powerful suction too. Had to keep checking to see if it was even still on. Would recommend to wait going here until the kinks are worked out. May not be so lucky next time and actually hit the vehicle behind you. read more

The building and operations were appealing, but the actual wash was not that great. I did a basic wash with a hot wax add on ($10ish total). I barely noticed a difference with my car once I was through. There were a few soapy streaks and patches that weren't rinsed. I guess if you go, you might have to choose the most expensive wash they offer in order to see a good result. read more

I am surprised by the negative reviews because I have experienced nothing but exceptional customer service and a clean car every time I've gone through (which is pretty often!). I spoke with Red yesterday when I ran my husband's car through. My husband has the Amazing and until today, I had the Basic. I told Red that I'd like more than the Basic wash, but I didn't want the tire spray that comes with the Amazing, since I don't usually take the time for it to dry before driving off. Red was very knowledgeable about the different monthly plans and recommended moving up to the Great, which I didn't realize was one of the options. I ran my car through this morning and bumped my membership up to Great. I never really thought I'd feel one way or the other about a car wash, but I have come to really like Washtopia and I also enjoy always having a clean car! read more

This Carwash joint is fantastic!! You don't find very many (if any) places that offer clean terry clothes for drying your car after the wash! AND window spray! Their conveyor belts are not bar-lined, so those with much bigger tires won't have to worry about damaged tires either. And finally, their people are super polite and friendly! Chris especially. I will never wash my car any place else again!! I went for the top notch clean and it was perfect. I enjoy being able to vacuum my car after a good washing. They worked great, plenty of power but not so much that I couldn't remove the vacuum from the floor board. The fact that they have hand towels and windex available is the best. Nothing worse than a clean exterior and a dirty interior!! They also have a floor mat cleaner. This alone a reason to return!! I will return often and with pleasure. This place is amazing. If you haven't been already, you need to go! It's awesome from beginning to end. For starters, you don't have to perfectly line up your wheels to enter the tunnel... simply drive it in and the whole floor moves your vehicle forward. As far as the wash goes, you know in the movie 'Willy Wonka and Chocolate Factory' where they are in the dirty/soapy vehicle and they drive it through this contraption and it comes out the other side squeaky clean? This is the equivalent to that, basically. With the vehicle now sparkling on the outside, it was time to vacuum. I recently adopted a dog, and the inside of my vehicle had more dog hair in it than my dog actually has on his body. These vacuums had a ton of power, and it looks as though I've never had a dog in my vehicle. Best of all, the vacuums are overhead instead of in front of the vehicle, so they actually can reach every square inch you need to vacuum. Usually after a wash and vacuum, my time is done; however, at Washtopia that was only the beginning of my life-changing wash experience. At each and every station, they provide you with soft, micro-fiber towels to use as you desire. Water running out of your side mirror onto your door panel? Gone. Dirty door crevices? Boom - Erased. Fingerprints all over your dash? Erased. BUT WAIT.... THERE'S MORE! They also provide glass cleaner to use in combination with these soft micro-fiber towels. I spent an hour at Washtopia.
