Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

They also tend to be hopelessly understaffed, so any attempt to summon someone whilst waiting at the pay kiosk takes forever and on busy days will easily back their line into the street (yay!). On my last visit, I wanted to sign up for a monthly plan (after all, this is the closest location to my house and as long as I budget time for the second rinse, my car looks great). After waiting several minutes and feeling like a jerk for "causing" a line, I paid for a single wash and went on through. A worker recognized that I'd signaled for help and told me to come see him after. Great! Except the manager refused to comp my just-completed wash since it should have been part of my first monthly payment. That manager lost my business that day. He was alone on the car intake, with a brand new employee manning the inside and another person on break. Completely understaffed around noon on a weekend (!!!). Staff your store appropriately and take a course in customer service. I will not be back and will happily wash my car myself or drive elsewhere.

Dropped off my car at 1:00pm, I received a call at 2:45pm that it was ready for pick up..... The only rubber or plastic that was conditioned on the outside were the tires. All 5 door jams were kind of touched, no door gaskets cleaned let alone conditioned. Before agreeing to the leather conditioning. They told me that it would remove light soiling, well it did not. The "simple interior" detailing, they missed the front console all together. With so much missed/not done at all. It leaves me wondering just what all they did on the outside as far as the vehicle body paint (clay barring, waxing and the ceramic spray). I'm an old-timer who in his 60 plus years has had his fair share of vehicles. All of which I had taken care of myself using hand applied carnauba paste wax, with hand buffing. And on a vehicle this size it was an all-day affair. So that really adds to the wondering of what kind of products were or weren't used by two individuals working on the vehicle together could accomplish in less than 3 hours. I returned the following day and spoke with the man in charge. The next day I returned and spoke with the man in charge pointing out all these areas. He informed me as far as any of the rubber/plastic on the outside. They don't do any type of conditioning other than the tires, because when it rains it causes those conditioning products to run down on the paint causing streaks. I've been conditioning these things with no problems for many, many years. As for the rest of the problem areas there wasn't much he could say. However he did want to tell me he never looked at the vehicle before it was serviced. I had to remind him twice that two days before, he looked at it and sold me on the package. He agreed to redo the leather conditioning and all 5 door jams, the following day..... I arrived at 11:00 a.m. today and within less than an hour they had taken care of all the areas that I pointed out (except for the exterior rubber / plastic). All these areas have been taken care of to my satisfaction today..... I will note this though yesterday when I returned home I canitioned the rubber/plastic areas on the driver side of the car. I used Mothers' Back to Black on all these areas. It rained last night and there was no streaking on the paint. Except for where I had picked up the wrong rag that had product on it. But it was the wrong product, it was Magic Blacks "Wet Tire". I removed as much as I possibly could. But in the rain last night, yes it did streak down onto the door paint. But all the other rubber/plastic that I conditioned with Mothers'. There was no streaking on the paint or anywhere else..... So to sum up this review, they took care of all the interior and door jamb areas that I had problems with. I should not have had to return, I should not have had any disagreements with the service they performed or have to return 3 days later to get it done properly. They should have finished these areas the day before when I pointed it out. I never received an apology from the man in charge for the shoddy work that had been performed. But I did receive an apology from one of the men who took care of these areas today. My son-in-law had his Ford F-250 washed and detailed the interior here back in June of 2023 And it looked awesome. No clay barring no waxing no ceramic spray and it looked fabulous. This is the only reason that I came here to begin with. But in doing my due diligence "after the fact" I have been told new ownership took over sometime after my son-in-law's truck was detailed.
