Never an issue with how it's kept up. Always clean. Great staff always trying to help you load you're card or set one up for you. The price is worth it and they have the options of bigger washer and dryers to get you're laundry done There is also a vending machine for laundry items incase you forget things you may need. I have never seen any bugs ! And I'm very meticulous and inspect every washer and dryer I put my clothes into. I have also seen the "back room" and it is organized and not dirty. I'm very impressed. And it's super cute bright and clean in here. The only thing that I still have yet too see or even know if is available is the wifi. I love this place and this service! Laundry pickup, wash, fold, and delivery all in 24h has been life changing. The staff are been wonderful and the app works the way you need it to. They text you when they are on the way to come get your laundry and let you track the driver. Same applies to delivery. On first pickup they brought a reusable eco-bag ($10) you can use for all subsequent pickups and deliveries. So cool!!! Yes, the place looks clean and has new machines. But the reason I am leaving a 1 star review and it would be 0 stars if I could is because of customer service. I agree with the other review about rudeness of staff. This is the only time and will be the last time I'll use the laundry facilities here. I was trying to shake out some fluff out of my brand new only used once laundry bag that I purchased at another laundromat with my husband. The employee (not sure owner perhaps, middle aged Caucasian male didn't know) from the back of the laundromat shouted at my husband to "Can you clean your bag outside? I'm trying to keep it clean" in a very condescending way. My husband just said ok and went outside to do it. I had to bite my lip to not say anything back as we just loaded $10.00 to have $8.00 of credit because it's cashless machine. When we left to wait for the wash to complete, my husband mentioned what a dick that guy was. My husband had no idea that I was offended by what I heard. I agreed to not say anything until the end. My husband just wanted to leave as he was pissed off and not deal with it. I on the other hand, will deal with it. I would hate to have someone else deal with this kind of service. I've worked customer service for over 20 years since beginning of high school. Yes, I'm dating myself here, but if I ever spoke to a customer like that I would have been written up! Anyway back to finishing up, I waited until the end. I still had $1.50 left on my card. I asked if I could get my money back as I am not returning again. I was told no, but the deposit on the card I could get back. On my way out I explained as a word of advice, that he needs a lesson on customer service. I understand that during a pandemic, he wants to keep the place clean. I get it. But you don't have to be do rude about it. He could have worded it in a way saying... "hey, at this time we're trying to keep things cleaner. Is it okay if you can shake your bag outside? Please and thank you" a simple please and thank you after what he originally said would have been nicer. He went on about keeping things clean and I said it was rude how he spoke to my husband and I was offended by the way he spoke. Also, I overheard said employee talking to another regular customer about revised hours. The other customer asked why are they not open as they walked by a few times and they were not open. The employee mentioned that business is slow due pandemic so they are limiting hours. **If your business is down, this is NOT the time to talk to new customers this way. I will not recommend anyone to come here or any of my neighbours or friends. I will gladly go further distance to people who treat us with respect. I only came here because it's the closest location to where I am at. There are other places that are clean, maybe with not as new machines that don't use a card system. There are other places that are cheaper as well. I lost my $1.50 so essentially I paid $8.00 for a small double load washer and 20 min dry. Very expensive considering crap attitude! **Most of the machines are smaller ones with only a few large machines compared than other laundromats. The wash price is average compared to others in the city. However for the smaller dryers are $2.05 for 20 mins of drying. That's expensive compared to the other places at $0.25 for 6 minutes or even $1.00 for 12 minutes. read more

-there were ANTS, MAGGOTS & WORMS crawling all over the ground (about 8ft down the walkway) and two machines, absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I told the lady working two times and she just rudely blew it off. Also: -opened 15min late -totally rude/lazy employee DONT GO HERE!!! Best wash and fold service I have ever used. My order came with a free laundry bag and a package of cookies. All brand new super slick stainless steel machines. Place is super clean and super friendly. Apparently, their machines will text message you when your load is done, if you are doing your own laundry there. kinda cool! read more

I've been using their walk in service for years, and had no problems. Just started using their delivery service. Everything is done quickly and professionally. Had to reschedule a time and it went smoothly. Clothes are folded perfectly and according to type. I like how they double pack; first packed in a clear plastic bag and then in a tough, reinforced bag like a hockey bag. They even get stains out I never seem to get! read more

I was visiting from Los Angeles and I found this Amazing Laundromat I walked into, Mike and his staff were very friendly the place was spotless and reasonably priced. I found out they did pick up and delivery which I also used while in town. they picked my cloths up on time and brought them back on time everything was clean and smelled Great. WashOut's owner, Mike, offered a great monthly service -- 1 blue-bag laundry pick-up/delivery 4X per month for $102.90 (total w/tax), with flexibility for scheduling by phone. However, the manager is not customer service oriented. She changes the rules when she decides to, including the opening/closing times, and days for pick-up/delivery, and method for scheduling (according to their website--phone/online, but she informed me it must be done on the website). She refused to do my 4th blue bag load in December, informing me that the week starts on Sunday, and I had my first load delivered on Tuesday, December 11th. Then she refused to accept my last load on Sunday, December 30th, even though she originally agreed to my request to have my laundry done later in December because I didn't need it the first week. Moreover, she is argumentative, rudely interrupting and talking over top of her customers, insisting that she is right. Customer care is not the priority here. There are no written guidelines on their website for the weekly service, so if you 'sign-up' for it, make sure you get it in writing. read more
