Hands down, I recommend Flamingo Painting. Great work and great people!

All of the workers were trustworthy, respectable, reliable and responsible. They all paid a great deal of attention to detail and precision. The work was wonderful. This guy and his company are terrific. No issues AT ALL. Delighted with the results. Even my husband was impressed, and we've had a lot of contractors in 35+ years of owning our own place, and this one is a two-storey multi-family unit. It was a lot of work over two days. Seriously. I've had issues with contractors over the years--late, don't call back, offer crazy estimates, do shoddy work--and so it's refreshing to deal with someone who offers a reasonable estimate ($1300 for exterior cleaning and "refreshing" of paint for several walls, trims, doors on a two-storey building in order to comply with code), arrives when he says he will, works diligently, and does not skimp on quality. Such a great experience. I would hire him again IN A SECOND. No hesitation. And I would refer and recommend him without reservation. I am keeping his info for my next painting or pressure cleaning needs. Ray's Painting is the real deal: a pro who works hard, doesn't overcharge, doesn't complain, doesn't come tardy and make excuses. Very satisfied. Very! Thank you, Mr. Valdes.

I paid the fee and tipped the workers well. However, today, when trying to reach them for my annual service, I have left several messages since 8:30AM and have not received any return call. No one has picked up the phone or returned my call after 5.5 hours now. I have 2 numbers on my contract and on their business card and have called both numbers numerous times, yet no one returns any of my calls. It appears that they have now moved from my area (hmmm...) but a call to possibly refer another contractor would have been nice. But apparently these people are not. I guess they have abandoned their customers they used to have in Miami. Good luck to y'all on the west side of FL.
