But it got worse when I pulled out cash, as my family has dealt with Paris Cleaners for decades and I just walked in because I saw the familiar sign I completely missed the " cash free store " sign. Honest mistake but her response made me not want to continue business. But since my mom lives a stone's throw away she wanted it done here, even after I told her that the lady was a " female dog " in character and I didn't want to deal with her. I respected her decision and left them with her coat. Well when she got it back the lining was ripped. When I took it back she asked to see the rips, hung it up, unbuttoned it and looked at the damage as she proceeded to ask me what my mom was trying to do, get it repaired? But before I could respond she said " we don't do repairs here ". In short my mom was S.O.L.. She said they used to but they don't anymore. Showing me another gentleman's jacket she explained to me how he was not going to be able to get it cleaned because he already had tears in the lining. At first I thought that was irrelevant to me but I soon realized she was saying she wouldn't be doing anything about it. That my mom was going to have to go somewhere else to figure out how to fix what they ruined. Lesson Learned!!! Have a blessed day ALL!!!

I went to a different location. I took in a down coat with a hood and belt. I pointed out a couple…read morestains on the coat when I brought it in. When I picked up the coat I noticed the stains were still there and the fabric was crunchy. They had also broken the belt on the coat by losing the magnets on it. The girl working told me they would look for the magnets, but I could still wear the coat without the belt. I called the general manager to try to get a refund of $16.22. He refused to give me a refund and just kept saying they would like to take the coat back and fix it. I don't trust their company, why would I let them take it again? He even said "shame on you" when I told him I would tell people about my experience! This company has absolutely NO customer service.
