Very kind and caring and so are the staff but she's gone now and I can no longer overlook the lack of timeliness of care. Whether your appointment is at 8:30 or 10:30 it will take an hr to be seen by anyone. Another 30 to be seen by the doctor once you're dilated. So during my recent appointment I was there 2 hours - and this was just a routine check in. I can busy myself with work but there are a lot of older people who probably spend a good chunk of their days in this one doctor's office. The doctors themselves are good but I don't have 2 hours for an appointment that literally takes under 45 minutes altogether. There's literally no point in showing up on time. If I could make an appt, and show up an hour into the appt time I would absolutely do that.

Trying to get an appointment is challenging, but the front office called and informed me of an opening so I could be seen earlier than expected. I was really impressed by friendliness of the front staff and by the doctor's knowledge. He fully listened to my concerns and ordered another test to test his hypothesis. Luckily for me, everything went ok and I no longer need to visit this office.

They give you the straight news without fluff, but they have great personalities, too. Friendly, but serious. The administrators have been super wonderful with me, as well. I've talked to the Greenbelt person before and she's very friendly over the phone. The Annapolis rep is as well, and she's very professional but kind and friendly in person, too. Great "bedside manner," so to speak. Knows how to connect to patients, while still being very professional. I obviously don't like that I have to see a doctor, because that generally means you're not 100% healthy, but if I had to pick one, it would be Dr. Ruddick (or Dr. Ipakchi). In fairness, those are the only two I think I have ever dealt with, but they are both amazing. Hard to pick just one.

I wanted to thank each of you for your amazing care both medically, physically and emotionally as your team and you guided me through my recovery period at the hospital during my stay. From the excellent medical care and advice that was given to me both pre op hip replacement surgery to post op surgery, Dr. Park, I must say you are the BEST! I am so grateful that you are and were my surgeon involved in my care from the day I came to you for consultation, during and after my surgery and your excellent follow up and care! Your attentiveness to my requests and care will always be appreciated with deep gratitude. You also possess an amazing beside manner. I grew up in a family of physicians from my grandfather, uncle and brother -- so I am quite familiar with the quality of care that can be given to a patient -- not just medically, but the overall support emotionally that makes an outstanding doctor like yourself stand out from the rest.
